We could be about to go boooommm! If the short is about closed, we are sure that Vanchem will be announced on the 31st October - RNS about 7:00am - With a huge amount of detail!

But we should also get an update on Q3, not expecting another a record output or an amazing amount of income in that quarter. I am hoping we are building up some stock. This may prove to be useful for coming news about Vanadium Electrolyte and if Fortune is correct with his recent interview a rise in Vanadium prices again as the year closes out. This is a fifty-fifty really. Right now it is not the most important point.

But what I am really excited about is the fact we are getting very close to a major announcement to tie in with the Vanchem deal. Mokopane!

News on the Electrolyte plant for Bushveld Energy and progress on the IPP project at Vametco using our own electrolyte in a Bushveld Energy project managed VRFB and Solar energy generation project. With potential news that the project could be expanded with larger IPP projects from the SA government.

Add a little more spice in late December early January with some news on the BESS project we could just about be ready to really go in the upward projectory!

Lastly and for every feed up AIM investor, the potential confirmation of the JSE listing and even more importantly a move from AIM to the FTSE which surely must come at the same time.

So we will have two mines, two processing plants, an electrolyte plant, our own Independent power plant and demonstration system, and hopefully a strong stake in SA BESS projects we will be looking very strong indeed and ready for the JSE and FTSE listing as well as have a very strong upside potential not only insight but being realised.

Are we ready, are we set?

Golden Bull - I am not sure why you think Oil will do well. Time are changing.

The world will be changing over the next 10 years more and more to electric vehicles, oil based power systems and diesel consumption will become less. Plastic consumption is falling and recycling of plastic is growing right now and companies can use recycled plastic, it is just the big companies didn't want it in their products. Now that is changing. I know this because I run a company selling equipment in the plastics industry and selling recycling plant.
I would not put too much into the world of oil. There is oodles of the stuff and as demand falls the price will drop. Too many people put hope in the next oil feed. We don't need them we have enough!

One of the reasons why investors like Bushveld with a V for Vanadium like this company is that one of the most up and coming enablers in renewable energy is energy storage. Lithium is a centre of eV growth and portable storage but there are many factors which mean it may not be very long in the centre of stationary storage. Stationary storage is different, it needs a solution with long life to match the switchgear, solar panels the wind turbines etc. Vanadium Redox Flow batteries will do just that. They are going to be market disrupters. It just takes time for energy companies to gain the confidence they are going the right way. Once they see the advantages and a few proven installations with ultra-positive reviews and the market will see we have something very special indeed. Vanadium is one of two minerals used to strengthen steel and it has many advantages. This is our key customers right now - the steel market. But we can all see the VRFB and energy market is going to be a force to be reckoned with and Vanadium is going to be a key part of the stationary storage market. That is the only way to drive the SP up for people t make the most of the low price and continue to buy into this amazing oppertunity. Keep on adding and building and the price will rise.

In 12 to 24 months the SP should be in a very good place indeed. Dividend or no Dividend only the BOD can make the final decision.

I think based on the statement given in the 2018 year-end that the company may make a provision for a dividend based on a percentage of the 2019 profit. This may be something like 5% of the profit and the number may be a percentage of a penny. May be around 0.25p per share. But this would be a positive statement of intent and would not cost the business too much.
A good compromise without taking much away from the companies ability to grow and build for the future, but rewarding investors in a way set out by Fortune and the board of directors.

Thunder, your prediction may be close, but it may be 5 years - 2024/25 to reach the £4 per share mark.
But, I expect the dividends to be in a very strong position by then and this to be a FTSE 250 company all being well! Unless we get bought once the market sees what an amazing job Fortune and Mikhail have done!
But we have a long way to go between now and then! We need to walk, then jog, a little running before the sprint!
We need to focus on the prize which BBN has explained so succinctly today - parts of BESS contact Phases I and II.

My total buy today make a tidy 267,324 shares added!

The investors and market makers heads are truly buried in the sand. This companies earnings potential and capital growth is monumental. If UK investors see this as a potential Redt (only other energy storage company on AIM), then they do not understand the differences.

Bushveld Minerals and Bushveld Energy understand the market, the potential, the drivers, manufacturing excellence, low-cost production, building a business on the acquisition of brownfield sites, zero or low debt (which when it is required is used and paid of quickly).

The Directors and management are highly motivated, take modest pay but are focused on providing a solution to a global issue making it work through problem-solving, solutions and development. This points for investors are the real deal and anyone following this story will see load and clear.

Sanchez, One point the Fourtune has repeatedly pointed out the Bushveld's strength has been anchored in the supply market for vanadium in the steel industry and this market is not going away. Our valuation right now is tied only to this industry and the fall in Vanadium prices seems to have been the push that has seen our market value fall. But and this is a big but, the market doest really have seemed to woken up to the effect that Vanchem will bring to the business. Our supply limit has been pegged by having only limited process capacity at Vametco. The opening of Vanchem to Bushveld will give an immediate upside and the current broker targets of 45p and 80p give a flavour of the true market value, irrespective of Bushveld Energy!

The addition of Bushveld Energy, with the Vanadium Electrolyte supply chain, the potential of the BESS contracts which clearly have multiple indicators pointing towards the only true potential SA supplier will add huge traction. But I truly think irrespective of this Bushveld Energy has already built fantastic relationships with UET, Avalon and Cellcube as well as other global opportunities.

I see many ways this business will develop very quickly. Fortune and Mikhail are making sure that as many of the Energy conferences that Bushveld are seen as players to be reckoned with!

If this was a skyscraper, we are just completing the foundations ready for the first floor to be built, of one of the tallest buildings in the world!

If Bushveld Minerals can really show it is the Tesla (in terms of Energy Storage) of South Africa then it will gain the much-needed publicity and in return many new investors.

If we consider the multiple advantages of VRFB over Lithium-Ion and BE start winning contracts that will go mainstream and interest will pick up very quickly and the rocket will be launched!

The opportunities and publicity across African soon reach out. Clearly, we have the resource base and the process capacities (with two plants in place). Expansion can be fulfilled as quickly as will be needed to grow output with the Mokopane licence in place. Given the relatively simple construction and build of an electrolyte plant, compared to a mine, if more than one 1GWh production facility is required it would be easy to build more. Looking further ahead it would be easy to see the 'Mokopane Greenfield' plant including a Vanadium Electrolyte process plant as the market picks up.

But as you say the focus is realising a major role in the supply for the BESS contracts is critical and in the following roles:
- Electrolyte Supply Chain
- Bushveld Energy chosen VRFB manufacturing partner (eg UET, Avalon or Cellcube but not limited to these)
- System and Project Integration and Advice
- Long term service support for each project

Proven track record here will really raise the profile!
