Brasi, that is even more relevant now. Short term investing in an unknown market, is full of risk.
Just a thought in relation to my thread relating to vanadium prices. If we end up with an average FeV price of $45 per kilo that gives a gross profit of US$129 million. Year on year with Vanadium electrolyte being a greater percentage of the income stream this is going to grow and grow. One fundamental point to allow this is the company needs its free cash flow to invest in production upgrades, the electrolyte plant, VIP opportunities and other potentials. However much people would like a dividend, I don’t think that is where the business needs to look, until it has a very sure locked in BE revenue.
The future looks very interesting, however we have to get through the next few weeks which will be challenging for many PI’s and the market markers are well aware. They make money in this uncertain moments by investors panic selling. As investors our eyes should be watching the company and the opening market. But, each should do only what you are comfortable doing. It is your investment and your hard earned cash. Our valuation is estimated by brokers at 45p to 82p. That has not changed. But, market makers want to sow doubt. But however much they drop the SP over the future days, if they do? But at some point they will push it back up very quickly. With that in mind, we must keep our eyes on what we invested here for in the first place. Those points haven’t changed. We have come down for the wrong reasons. But, at some point we will recover for the right reasons. That is where my eyes are looking.
These are all points for consideration. I am sure many can see this, but of course for those who’s average is well above today’s prices, it is easy to be full of doubt at this points. One thing is worth remembering our product is still one of two additives which is critical for steel strengthening and that will not change. The global population is growing and steel is key to construction. The energy market is growing and energy storage is highly likely to be a key part of the future. We can expect the VRFB to play a part of this and it will be large enough for BE to make a strong income in the years ahead.
I will leave you to consider these points. Have a great weekend and keep safe and well.
Cheers RK
