I think we all wish that our investment had multiples by 50 times! We should be the leader of the risers board.
Still this is the first phase of a real high growth industry now with guaranteed supply and with the electrolyte being leased, this will ensure the fast production of safe and long life, and non deteriorating battery systems a true winner.
As an investor and someone with a keen eye on renewable products I wish the Invinity Energy Systems business every success.

Bushveld Minerals* (BMN LN) 9.3p, Mkt cap £107m – Invinity (redT/Avalon) raises a further £7.9m to roll out VRFB developments

Bushveld Minerals reports shareholder approval has been received for the merger of redT and Avalon Battery Corporation
The new group will be called Invinity Energy Systems plc which has raised £7.9m through an equity placing at 1.65p
The combined group will have a leading position in the development and deployment of Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries in Europe, the US, Sub-Sahara Africa and Asia.
Bushveld will supply vanadium electrolyte to Invinity through its existing Vanadium Financing Partnership with redT for its battery system developments. We expect these battery developments to be owned by third-parties with lease finance used to pay for the cost of the vanadium electrolyte.
Bushveld is supporting the deal through the conversion of their existing $5m convertible loan to Avalon which will convert into shares in the combined group.
Bushveld has a right to nominate a director to the Board of Invinity for a 5% stake in the first year and 10% in the second year plus the right for a second director if Bushveld holds a 20% stake in Invinity
Conclusion: There is increasing news supporting the development of Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries ‘VRFB’ in the US, UK, Europe and S Africa.

We expect Bushveld’s Vanadium Investment Program to support the roll-out of VRFB technology and for Bushveld’s vanadium electrolyte lease-finance structure to support the cost of buying vanadium electrolyte for the batteries.

The future development of VRFB batteries should in time support the expansion of Bushveld’s primary vanadium production beyond that supported by growth in the use of vanadium for hardening steel in China and India.

China and India accounted for 1.1bnt (59%) of steel production last year and are subject to increasing compliance in the addition of vanadium for hardening steel.

It is highly unlikely that this Covid19 virus has come from bats. It is most likely that the Bio Saftey Lab 4 in Wuhan Province which is situated very close to the so-called market. It is called BSL-4. It is the Chinese equivalent to the UK's Porton Down. The Chinese doctor who was the alleged whistleblower was said to have worked there. He died very quickly one may remember as was reported back in January. There is a high possibility that global governments where made aware that this could be a problem and hence the reason for the drastic measures around the world to protect the global population. That is why testing and isolation are the key factors to wiping this out. Followed by the development of a vaccine to ensure it cannot be repeated.
Whatever the truth, no government are going to let this out any time soon whatever they know.
The key will be to use mass testing and ensure people are isolated.
My wife was due to have a critical operation today, but it has been cancelled as the risk was too high. This is affecting millions of people who are very ill already let alone those who are being infected with this terrible virus. The sooner mankind closes labs which are designed to produce biological weapons the better.
Mankind can only try to sort this out. Kits like these produced from companies like Novacyt are critical to enabling reducing the spread and the impact.

I wonder if we will see Mikhail on the board of Invinity Energy Systems. Now that would be a smart move. Few people in VRFB world have better contacts.

All that we need now is the completion of Enerox and a supply agreement from Enerox to Invinity for key components.

The question is long term could BE swallow up Invinity as well as BMN Group grows. Maybe a few years away but it is possible..

Wow, if I had known Coffeecups was going to go on an LSE chat board roadshow promoting ATM I would have built up a larger stake than 3 million shares. Given that this has got potential for more than 30p within two years one might say that it is a good time to buy. The value of the assets here is incredible and with an of-take agreement in place it is a very good long term play.
I will say that again AIM investors this is a good long term play with strong revenue earning potential.
There are some very well respected long term holders here from the days when it was floated from Bushveld Minerals.
The potentials are covered - tin, lithium, tantalite and add Bushveld Minerals with vanadium and you have the lowest cost mining operations with huge resources in place ready for the global recovery.
I wish investors well if they join this great company. The African Tin Mine! It is called UIS.

You have to consider the global demand for these testing kits. The global population is billions, there are kits from Abbots, BD, Novacyt, Thermofischer, Roche and many more. But hospitals, medi-centres, health centres around the world need them and no manufacturer can keep up demand as this pandemic continues to grow. Every business has competition and that is because there is market and countries will take the kits from where they can get them!
This one from Novacyt is proven to be the most accurate and that is important!

Thanks @sharehunter3, I see investment in critical and important products with solid fundamentals as key part of any portfolio. I trust this company will go on to grow a solid series of critical medical testing devices which will ensure we have good diagnostic tools within health services around the world. Today our focus is on Covid19 but we don't know what is next. Good companies with solid R&D and innovative and smart designers are key just like within Novacyt.

That is a fundamental business to the future of reliable stationary energy storage and additive to the worlds steel market, when the world gets back to normal. Vanadium has a huge future. The VRFB is a key elimination of the new under construction Energy Hub in Oxford. Thanks for asking TrustedInvestor.
But I am very happy to be building a significant holding here. Medical manufacturing is a solid part of any investors portfolio. Working as a key supplier into this market I see the continuous investment and growth in this field in the UK it is a vital part of UK manufacturing and multiple global medical device and pharmaceutical business have key plants in the UK and Ireland which are all expanding.

Sales and demand of these super accurate test kits made in the UK are going to grow and grow. Just because the rest of the market has bounced this morning don’t forget this is one company operating and delivering at the max. Not many of the companies that have bounced this morning are actually delivering anything as they are in lock down.

A successful business doesn’t need to do a placing when money is coming in from selling products at profit and you business is successful, there is no need. If they did need to raise cash they would take a business loan, especially at exceptionally low rates.
Why are so many AIM investors so clueless about business. The truth is most businesses subcontract manufacturing out to multiple companies which supply different parts to make a device. The holding companies have the licenses and patents and appoint the distribution network.
This business will go from strength to strength. But my heart is with those suffering the the virus, those who are diagnosed and families torn apart by the consequences of this situation. Have a moment and think about this situation. The world needs to pray!

Why try a short a company that is producing a product which is super critical to the world need? The only other type of investment which has the same continuous upside for weeks ahead would be the company that patents the vaccine or cure for Covid19.
Most of the other key kit suppliers are mega companies like BD, Roche and Abbots. They all have multi billion dollar multicaps, but are key suppliers to the medical world. All are safe investments in today’s market. Even funds like AXA Framlington Healthcare give a solid platform.
It is good to see a UK business really being able to make an impact. The best way to secure income is to invest in stocks with solid fundamentals, great products and a positive future.
This is one such company.
To be fair I think shorting in today’s market is immoral.

You have been here long enough to see the success of the development of this story and the success on building a solid business but some how you manage to come across as an investor who doesn’t expect any good to come, or if you do the impression you are exuding is more negative than it should be in my opinion.

I think your idea @Lindon that BMN will find it hard to borrow money is misguided because they will remain a profitable low-cost producer and those profits will not go unnoticed in this fast-growing opportunity. I would suspect that Chinese investment could be highly likely at this time to accelerate this, the world needs strong steel and safe energy storage going forward. Assume that Enerox is completed, Invinity Energy becomes a growing client, the Eskom BESS project makes a leap towards a fully funded BESS using a majority SA supplied VRFB installation from Bushveld Energy (which looks a very strong possibility) then to me the income stream to the Bushveld Minerals PLC companies looks incredible.
I think sir you need to wake up and see what is clear before us. I know we are right in the middle of the worlds largest crisis ever and many of us have very tough times ahead and everything is looking shaky, but it will recover.

Lindon, I am intrigued by your posting. You are I think missing the point.

Firstly the world situation with the repercussions of the Covid19 virus is effecting economies everywhere is a very difficult way. The energy situation in SA with Eskom is indeed very difficult. But, there is a low cost solution if SA wnats to get out of this hole. It is to make the most of the climate, wind and sunshine is SA is abundant and they have a business which can supply energy storage and a highly cost-effective way. These infrastructure projects would go a huge way to helping SA out of their mess. It should not be forgotten that the World Bank is fully funding the energy storage project.
Now, let's look at Bushveld Minerals. The supply of vanadium is grounded in the steel market. This is not in SA. The vanadium, the worlds largest supply of this critical mineral is in SA and the world needs it. This is an export market! The mining operation is costed in SA Rand. The mineral is sold in US$! This means Bushveld Minerals operations costs are falling which will improve profits dramatically. When the world is able to switch back on the demand for further infrastructure projects both from steel and energy storage is going to be strong. Economies are going to be under pressure and these projects are key. Bushveld Minerals are already perfectly positioned to make the most of this. Essential maintenance on the plant at this time will only help efficiencies and the opening market from the merger of redT and Avalon and potential opening of supply to Enerox will bring strong opportunities for supply around the world in the VRFB market. This will underline the future of this company in SA. Even in countries which are under the worst of global situations, you can be sure there will be a phoenix which will stand out.
Please do not forget the point I made on Thursday after feedback from Mikhail the opportunity with forward-thinking companies like the redT/Avalon merger - Invinity Energy PLC, will bring a strong partnership based on clever project implications and expertise with the scale of manufacturing in a low-cost base will really open opportunities not only for V205 supply but from the vanadium rental products.
SA is the rice fields for the vanadium supply chain like no other place and the SA financial currency relationship will make this even more prominent.
