Hi Alfa, It could be, however if I am buying at the time when it is flying up I want in and I don’t want to miss out. If I was selling a the price is falling then you would assume you want out. Normally though I buy or sell on a quoted price and decide. But if I decide I really want in or out and they don’t give me a live price then it is a decision I have to make. I am not in anyway a day trader, so most of the time if buying I want to buy. So it is a tool available when you need it. I agree it may not be for all and could be risky with large amounts. I am pleased to say had two more small buys this morning. These small drops are good in the short term and are great opportunities. Still looking forward to the 1GBP SP though! Coming soon.

Hi 007 I have always been able to buy on HL. I just set the buy price to 0p and within 2 mins I get confirmation of the buy. It is the same when you sell. If you are in a hurry to buy or sell it works every time. I always use HL and have never had a problem doing this even when share has been dropping I have always done better than I thought.

Just to give everyone hope, I can confirm that my allocations on all 3 accounts are showing. These are all with HL! The allocation is as they suggest with the multiplier 0.0899 against the total holding. Let's hope they start to move up soon! I hope to top up very soon on this holding as I am sure this will give a good return in the long term.
