Having bought it and purchased it with very creative and astute deal, they have transformed it with all the key people on board sharing the BOD vision.
Science then it has now got to the point where it is debt free, and making serious money. However because the bug investors can’t see the wood for the trees they aren’t in here yet. Also there is always those who like to see a health balance book before investing. Then there is the geography.
We can all see this has massive growth potential. There is some risk, but now it has become quite low.
So now it is ready to go to the next level. We will see many new investors getting on board with the huge potential and the fact the world is waking up to this new opportunity.
As some sell, new money comes in. Some will wish they stayed, others will be happy with there huge gains depending on what they put in.
Now those who see it through will make the biggest gains. It depends on patience and your need for the money made.
We can be sure this should get to £2 to £3 in 3 to 4 years maybe sooner. It will go up and down on the way. But those who stay will be very happy they did. It depends on circumstances, age and risk analysis as it grows. Many will pull out and share it out with other investments. But if it goes mega, those who stay will be very wealthy indeed. Most wont but a few will.
It is your choice. But this is going to be very big. Tyfoon and Ophidian did some work to see if it could get to something over £5 and there was chance it will. Let’s see. But don’t be impatient.

With investments we all find them at different times in there rise.

Fisrstly there are those who discover an amazing overt unity at float. This would here have been a great risk. If you look back they lost a lot of money if they sold out. If they are still in then they have made a profit.
Then there are those who find an investment as it starts to rise, either by recommendation or by finding one that happens to meet there basic area of investment ideals (that was me) I was looking for a new technology. Found something about VRFB. Then I read about vanadium and discovered BMN. Then followed from Feb 2017. Bought first tranch in March around 5p. Been adding ever since.
Now I have a long term investment plan for the majority of my holding as it is in a SIPP. But then I have a large holding in an ISA too which is more flexible as it gives you options, based on things you need at different stages in life. But in BMN that money has the best chance to grow and out perform any other investment I can find right now.
Of course there are people who discover us at 9p, those at 17p, those at 24p. Now we know that this company is mining and processing one of the most important minerals which is currently very limited in supply. So the value of the product keeps going up. Our company happens to be mining and producing the highest quality vanadium product at the pop end of the market. (In gold sense it is like 24 carrot). So it is the most valuable. Our board of directors bought the mining and producing asset at a low price.

Good morning all.
I think from this presentation the idea of using VRFB in ships was certainly a great idea. That is something every boat manufacturer in the world should be looking at given the emissions reduction. The market for the batteries in the shipping industry would be huge. That would be a very simple idea for marine engineers to design in. That in itself would be another massive driver for the need for vanadium.
It goes to show that we are still scratching the surface with the potential additional use for or special mineral which is in constrained supply for the next 3 to 5 years. With the cost per tonne of our product as pointed out by Nick on the $80,000 level and our costs at $16800 per tonne that gives profit for Bushveld Vametco of $63200 per tonne and we are producing 3750 tonnes per year.
How much are we currently worth? So we are still seriously undervalued. Time to get buying !!

This is momentous and interesting. The two trades came in after hours and it jumped. So this is our highest finish. Yet there is so much momentum here. I can see why Knuttie is in with the shout before Friday evening. I think the next step and cup should be at a £1. This will be early next year I am thinking. There are a few good trades coming tomorrow I am thinking. So it really is getting exciting. If you are not in this incredible share then get in very soon. Happy investing.

On HL last five buys showing all at 23.5. Last sell was at 23.0. but spread is now 23.0/23.7 !!

If it follows the April Q1 Updates the next RNS Q2 updates will be:
- for Bushveld Energy 6 days later, so that would be next Tuesday
- for Bushveld Vametco 24 days later, so that will be around 28th July
If we here sooner that would be great, but I think booth should be very exciting
The other huge one for us all which as our CEO said is "Imminent" is the:
- Mokopane Licence and how we would like to see that one arrive!
The other icing on the cake is:
- increase in ownership from 59.1% to 70 to 74% for Vametco
Then there is:
- new brownfield site for increasing production of our vanadium resource for future processing to 10,000 tonnes per year
Lastly
- Resouce update for Brits - the huge additional resource right next to Vametco - this will be updated drilling information and consent to start mining here when we are ready

So lots of phenomenal news to be released in the next few weeks ahead.

The initial phase of the Imaloto Power Project will potentially increase Madagascar's baseload capacity by approximately 15 per cent and almost double the transmission lines in the country. This is particularly important as the southwest region is mostly rural and about 95 per cent of the population does not have access to electricity. In terms of the in economic impact on southwest Madagascar, the Imaloto Power Project is set to inject close to US$200 million in foreign direct investment into Madagascar and will create about 1,650 direct jobs and approximately US$1 billion dollars in revenue for the government of Madagascar over its useful life."
This is such an important project for Madagascar and for us to have in our current BMN portfolio it again reinforces the abilities of Fortune and his team to deliver great projects which are hugely investable for the good of our planet and its people and will help us as investors increase our own investments to levels most only dream about.

Thanks for making those very important points with respect AIM. I was aware of many of these points but is good to keep the balance. Not paying stamp duty is certainly an important tax advantage to us small PI investors. I remember in my early trading days seeing purchases with the tax taken into consideration, that the amount invested was much less than I hoped, so it took longer to make the money back through growth. Of course there were dividends which most AIM companies don't pay.
It is something we will have to wait to see what happens.
In the meantime more exciting and extremely positive news about Lemur. So by 2021 we will have a share of income not only of electricity from a new power station but also the sale of prime coal to third parties which seems to have a newly found requirement in certain parts of the world. This will be a huge boost to our overall valution. For the local economy in Madagascar, it is creating over 1600 jobs. That is great for the local people too. Well done to the BOD yet again in the partnerships and positive growth for the region.

BigBiteNow - your insight posts from this morning make exceptional reading which very one should read. These nuggets of gold will help anyone new to BMN, that we are so much more than a single source company.
It should remembered that Bushveld Energy may will prove to be the largest portion of of our future revenue as stated by MN. All our numbers mulled over yesterday were based purely on the mining of Vanadium so our future will be phenomenal.
