There's been a big seller for a while - the big buys yesterday and several days of small PI buys must have cleared a load of overhang; but probably not all (at close yesterday LSE had about 350k available at 80p. The big buys after 1630 cleared 2/3 of these, but not all by my reckoning) Still need some more big buys. I suspect we will see them at close today once ATs have rammed price down to bargain territory. We could however also do with a) some positive company news b) Institutional investor to take position c) RNS showing quantity sold by II. I'm sitting tight....Warren Buffet says that the market transfers money from impatient to patient, and he knows a thing or two! Just my view for what it's worth! Rich

This is a volatile share, but company keeps delivering great results. Hit £5.15 last year then drifted back on low volume. Should break through £5 minimum this year wth more detail out at end of Jan and Annual results out on 22/3/18. Still 15% upside here Imo. Gla holders Rich

Nice jump this morning through £4. Hopefully motor past £5 when FY results delivered (this share hit £5.15 at peak last year) Looks like there are still people who are happy to sell now, rather than wait for a fiver! Strange, but I guess everyone has own strategy...gla holders Rich

The reason share price isn't moving is that there is still a big institutional investor selling. Today virtually all buys, but then after 1630 there were 2x120k sells at 79.6p, presumably to match todays buys. Also noticed at close Friday and today that there are big slugs of shares for sale at 80p. I'm hoping seller will finish soon and allow price to rise into ex divi date on Thursday. May also get an RNS detailing who has sold and how many. Personally still believe this has 10% + upside as soon as big seller f*cos off plus 6.4% dividend at 80p. A bargain, surely?! The reason share price isn't rising yet is that there is a big seller dumping blocks of shares (typically 13000 lumps around 79.5p) Suspect II who bought share at 128p on IPO. Will be forced by manager to either a) sell and reinvest elsewhere, or b) buy more and back original purchase at IPO. Looks like they have chosen option a)! I would expect these big sells to stop by end of year and then price will rise. Loads of buyers yesterday thinking about big divi and potential upside. Just my opinion, for what it's worth😀 gla Rich

Agreed! Bargain price, will rise once 13,000 share block seller disappears. can't understand why anyone would sell at such a low price, days before we go ex dividend? Gla Rich

Large buys going through after 1630 at 83.5p. Either MMs holding price down so buyer can stock up for Xmas or still big seller out there? Goes ex divi 4/1/18 with stocking filler 3.49p (4.3% return) Cheap as chips at 80.4p imo. Already filled my boots! Gla Rich

Ellis resolutions all rejected. Good! Now BOD can get on with managing business, get some big contract wins and fix share price. Gla Rich

Got my broker to vote on my behalf to reject Ellis resolutions. I think to do otherwise will cause more instability with the workforce and company, which is no good for anyone. BOD need to fix piling division and get some big contract awards in, to get share price moving upwards. Only concern I have is will Ellis accept situation or sell his big holding down at cheap price? gla Rich

Bought more ahead of AGM next Friday. 29507 buys this morning at 80.42 (all shown as sells on level 2) No sells yet! Last RNS solid and big Director buys at 93.25p on 7/11/17. Got to be at least 10% upside here plus 3.5p divi in January. Got to be a no brainer, surely LOL gla Rich

Hmmm looks like Berenberg were right with their 770p target! Obviously knew Q3 update wouldn't be good enough to keep price rising, before announcement....Anyway, shorter can keep driving down to pick up more shares, but won't get mine. Will recover eventually....gla Rich

Just been researching UPGS again as AGM is next Friday 15/12. This goes ex divi on 4/1/18 at 3.5p/ share. At current price 80.4p will give 4.3% return....thinking about buying some more... Gla Rich

Has anyone got details yet of voting method for EGM on the 15th? I was contacted yesterday by a guy on behalf of VDM asking if my broker had notified me about the meeting? I hadn't received either mail or corporate action note on my account. Thanks Rich
