Originally I was going to sell at 500p. But results are that good, that I am holding. Expect broker upgrades and some media coverage. Investor Chronicle or Shares magazine? Last year price leaked around end March when FY results detail were announced. I can see this rising well above 600p with coverage and rerate. Doesn't look expensive p/e with $9.5m cash and forward visibility of $18m already for 2018. Hope they offer maiden dividend as well. Gla holders Rich

Share price been bouncing between 470 - 500p. Shaking out a few, before we can move up to 600p? Trading update details on Monday 29/1/18, should give us lift off. Love it! Dyor Rich

30k a sell, 7.8k a buy. Someone still selling and seems to have no desire to stop. I tried dummy buy for 50k and got offered full amount at 79.749 earlier, since then another 30k sold.Must be an II selling or complete idiot? Frustrating...

I have dropped the Company Secretary an email asking for a trading update. They need to arrest share price fall, as its being being manipulated by high frequency traders, driving it down on low volume. Very strong buy at this bargain price imo. Looking forward to big dividend payment on 30/1/18. Gla Rich

I kept buying Sopheon shares last summer and price kept dropping. Couldn't understand it as financial case made absolute sense and share price riduculously undervalred. The more I bought, the lower the price. Now 6 months later share is up over 50% and everyone wants them. Funny things, shares!! Gla holders of UPGS, I believe they will come good eventually...Rich

Price being walked down on low volume. 40k buys today, 41,328 sells. Still a seller in background though. When price last dipped to 72p I dropped email to Board suggesting an update. Might do the same again. Last time they responded with massive buys at 93.25p, could do with more of the same! Be patient ...although it's frustrating. Rich

Full year results out 29/1/18. Tipped by the Naked Trader yesterday, target 600p. Will keep holding mine now in expectation of 600p being smashed by end Jan and maiden dividend? Gla Rich

Share price flatlined....

RNS 11/1/18 trade statement said Board "propose to pay special dividend in Nov 18". To give idea of size of this years dividends, I refer back to last year. Should be bigger than last year if results hold up. In 2017 interim ex dividend date 20/4/17 paid 7.3p, prelim ex dividend date 26/10/17 paid 17.1p and special 17.3p. Gla Rich

Nice RNS, JV with Swindon borough council to develop c250 hectares of land and build 2670 houses over 20years. Looks good to me, but market seems to have a real downer on housebuiiders at present, despite excellent results. I guess the spectre of Carillion isn't helping...but BDEV is a solid, profitable company with 5* rating. I'll keep holding for divi and special divi. Better than money in the bank for sure. Gla Rich

It amuses me how the market makers and AT trades conspire together every day to make it look like the price is dropping. Presumably to squeeze more shares out of private investors at rock bottom prices and fill their boots....lol Rich

Becomes official sports nutritional partner for Manchester United for period Jan18 to May21. This has got to be worth some good publicity and associated sales surely? Free supplies of SIS products to players and staff may even cheer up Mourinho? LOL gla Rich

Another late declared trade. 250k at 74p from 0959 this morning. Buy / sell? Who knows....but wish market makers were more opaque in their declarations...

Oasis hold 73.6m shares (8.84%). When they put a Director on board ((RNS 1/3/17) they agreed to increase holding to 10% by 30/6/18. Might be a good time to buy the extra shares now, I reckon Rich
