I've been thinking myself for a few weeks that more funding may be announced soon but thought it might be at 32p again - as per the fairly recent Chinese investment.

I also think we may have more news BEFORE mid February - as was a possibility which DBW clarified with the company last week, after his initial video call with them seemingly alluding to more news in mid February.

hi medar no not a free fall imho and certainly not NM selling his shares. I'm holding and will be looking to top up on the weakness, but sometimes it feels like our company is batting against us pi's, not for us, by keeping us so much in the dark. Just my frustrations .....

I'm not sure the 32p support is going to hold this week, with quite large sells going through today and recently. The news blackout is now far beyond reasonable timeframes imho and is clearly destroying confidence in the market - hence people selling. Maybe investors are also worried about the impending government elections? When are we going to get some good news from the company ?? And I don't think the middle of February - as was discussed last week on the bb would be acceptable. Soooo frustrating lol !!

As far as I'm aware, nobody has ever addressed the serious question of how electric vehicle BATTERIES are decommissioned. This seems to be an enormous problem ?

As a total lay person, I would have thought that hydrogen fuel cell powered vehicles are the way forward, not electic vehicles. Hydrogen cells emit water out of the exhaust pipe :)

hi DBW yes indeed - this will be a golden opportunity for the company to change and progress in a positive fashion, and a clear roadmap would be a great start. As you note, the continued uncertainty has put the market off in recent times imo and if PR can be vastly improved, then 2021 really could be a stellar year for SOLG and its shareholders.

I am seeing this news as a very positive thing for SOLG moving forwards, let's hope that the pace of activities speeds up now :)

Bozi imo there are plenty of LTH here sat on a big fat profit and able to post about awaiting production in 6 years. Good luck to them, they got in at very low prices and had the guts to do so. But do we hear the same posters telling us they've topped up ? They spout their beliefs but expect others to buy at current levels. It's going to need a huge PR push by SOLG to get the SP significantly higher. But in my experience of investing in small cap companies, BoD's don't tend to like a high SP as i think that they view that a high SP limits their access to funding.

We need some news here now, it really isn't cricket to have this news blackout lasting soooooo loooooong !

Quady you misread my post ; I'm suggesting that companies can pretty much do whatever they like nowadays in the relatively safe knowledge of zero consequences. Am i wrong ? Who knows? And for the record, I'm not alluding to SOLG in my posts, just talking in general terms you understand

QUESTION to all here - has anyone EVER heard of a company being prosecuted for infactual info in a RNS or for not releasing a RNS when it should have done ?? I certainly haven't - inspite of seeing many cases glaringly calling out for prosecution imo. My only conclusion can be that the so called authorities policing these things really don't give a ..... so imho there's very little point in arguing that such and such should, would or could have been in a RNS.
