hey Darren play fair - yes the SP collapsed last March but so did the markets because of Covid. It was nothing specific to SOLG. You sit this out if you like but when others are fearful is often the time to be greedy .....

On the face of it, it would appear that our BoD simply don't care about the SP being ravaged atm or else they'd release some drilling news - unless the drilling has stopped or seen poor results ?? I just don't get this news blackout but hoping there is a good explanation behind it all.

hi eyesblue there is so much newsflow now stacked up, which could see the SP moving much higher again - drilling results at Porvenir and hopefully Rio Amarillo. The Alpala Committee reporting shortly and as you say - the PFS which should be very good. Then we still have bids and joint venture potential lurking in the background. Who knows what's actually going on in the boardroom and other boardrooms at BHP, NCM, and CGP, but surely-surely, something IS going on and we should hear about it soon !?!?

hi Tuju NM is still CEO until March and will be a non executive director thereafter. Consequently any of his share dealings would have to be RNS'd and obviously that hasn't happened, so he's still holding all of his golden tickets.

If we can get a Hammer candlestick today then that would be a very bullish indication that the bottom has been reached and the SP will mow bounce. As others have noted, October's gap-up has been closed today which is also positive.

hi rcgl2 it's just my opinion, and feels like kicking someone when they're down. If shorting is done virtually via spreadbetting then fair enough as it doesn't harm the share itself, but if it harms the share then out of order imo. I know BNc always maintains that you cannot short SOLG
