Surely that would go against regs? Non-disclosure of the interested parties name, I get. But I'd have thought any RNSable news, like an expression of interest, would have to be disclosed due as it is market sensitive news? Those are merely layman's thoughts so I'd be interested in hearing anything more authoritative.

I thought the figures were bad. Cash burn is a real concern. I considered putting in money to average down but the risk is way too high. It's disappointing. I'm well under water and things don't seem to be going well.

I agree totally. BTW by 'appetizer' I was referring to the recent SP gains, not trying to dampen the significance of the actual news itself, which as you say is massive growth waiting to happen. A main course in the making!

The market already showed you over the last few weeks that it likes the RNS. Realise that sometimes the market gives you gains ahead of the news. Think of it like a cash advance. And as cj62 says, this wasn't the main event, just the appetizer.

88e - I made massive profits by buying the dip after failure and waiting 2 years for rampers to ramp it to oblivion and I got out before the drill failure was announced. Wouldn't touch it now.
UJO - I do know about UJO. I am invested. It has single well risk at the moment but also long term potential.

Yeah, people have a habit of saying that. It was popular in the UK amongst Brexiters. Never seems to happen. Funny how people have a vast treasure trove of knowledge at their fingertips but still refuse to learn from history.

That's like agreeing with the people who said we should strike a peace deal with Hitler in 1939. Instead we fought, and people suffered. But one cannot give into despots like Putin. All that does is empower them. Unfortunately people will die and all because Putin illegally invaded Ukraine (several times) to steal land and resources that don't belong to Russia.

So help me out here please. Do we still hold the original 508,809 shares we had in WeShop as shares held by CSI now? And I believe that in April 2023 CSI gives those shares to us (which I suppose we may then be able to sell if we wish).

P.S. I'm not saying there won't be any positive SP reaction to good news, just don't expect to retire on next weeks news. :-) I expect our massive rewards will come when we get sold.

Chaps, I've been around other shares long enough (much of that learning some very hard lessons) to know that the market always prices in well signposted good news ahead of the RNS. We can see that the market has nearly doubled the market cap in very short time - yes, I'm still annoyed I didn't buy more at 1.55 so I remember it well. The reason for this near bagging is the very well signposted (by RNS and interviews) news and strategy that Govind has told us to expect. We're all here talking about 'when' not 'if'. Well the market knows that too you know! But don't worry - like I said, the ALGW story isn't about next week, it's about the huge returns we'll get as we hit and then blow open that 2Bn AUM target - and then get sold to a third party. Hold for gold, as they say.

Hi "Daisy", you need cash, hence your desperation for a share price increase like yesterday. But I just wanted to let you know not to expect a massive SP increase next week if good news is announced. The market has already priced in a lot of that. What LTH like me know is that the next news is merely a stepping stone to much bigger rewards. And that's why you should hold for years, not be desperate to sell asap. Holders will be very well rewarded - you just need patience.

Well we already know about one acquisition so I'm taking that as a hint that another one is about to be announced, or something else big is coming. I'm thinking the latter because we already expect more acquisitions - that's the published strategy. That's not unexpected. So what unexpected news is it I wonder?
