Would you like to address the points rather than adopt diversion tactics. We all have reasons and motives for why we do things, well done for identifying - and yes so do I. You don't need to know them but feel free to address my points like a grown up. I promise I won't engage you like a child.

He's another ramper I've called out. And for the record I'm not invested here but I know people who are who have been burnt badly. Don't resort to ad hominem,

Dee, you are emotionally invested. That post is flawed on so many counts. Kabunga left the party years ago. Check the sequence of RNSs and the SP as he sold down. Matt even called in his CLN and issued him millions of additional shares to further sell down. Perhaps you weren't invested then going by your posting history. Matt has been investing in Kabunga's companies with ACP funds, bet you didn't know that or are you being duplicitous. You're clutching at straws. The dilution is unpalatable and you know it but can't bring yourself to say it.

PIs need to stop being gullible. It's black and white in the RNSs, they were saying finance is imminent when it wasn't all the while insiders like Kabunga were selling. He created an escape route for him and then shafted the rest. We just witnessed a fundraise of $650k at 0.7p yes 0.7p WITH 1 for 1 warrants, this is madness. The biggest dilutory placing they've had in years. Overhang of shares to churn is going to be huge here as warrant holders will want to diminish their risk as much as possible.

Dumb decision to invest. Shareholders need to bring Matt to account and organise a vote off. He will either proceed with this investment which will involve larger cash investments to complete acquisition, money which he will raise via subsequent placements or he will pull out before option period expires citing an excuse and pocket the cash for working capital. The company's cash resources are finite and this raise gives them money to go for longer and pay his salary. He needed an excuse to raise and the asset was just that to placate investors.

The board has massively messed up here. Clearly the prized asset of Mahenge with great economics is no longer viable. The reality it hasn't been for years and the board did nothing about it. Following SP decimation they just issued a significant amount of dilution with ridiculous warrants to shaft long term investors. Kabunga escaped through the back door as he knew what was going on whilst the board continued to RNS imminent finance which never came. New asset requires more cash and a lot of it for a non generative operation like this. Shareholders will be paying for it. This will now become a dilution pit like VAST and PREM. MB credibility is shot and there is no way to dress it up otherwise.

Hence why I have been berating the investment case here for years. Glad we have a common ground. Now we look to the future. Whilst I don't see the dizzy heights of 20p+ anytime soon I am more than happy with the spike on its way. Of course neither of us have a crystal ball and the reality is AIM is speculative. Market mechanics will have a lot to say here in my experienced opinion. Fowler will have a good laugh this year even if it's not the last laugh DYOR

Like a true AIM dog this will rise from the ashes. Newbies will be thanking Fowler for his BS and driving the price down to the ground. As for long term investors like yrabs and his clan good luck breaking even

Yes Foxy, you are reading things sensibily mate. No man in his right mind will present pasty Pete as the investment case here, far from it. This is aim and anyone investing on it needs to time things to near perfection to make a packet. I called it bang on with ast which was aims biggest dog and sold with 400% gain. I've never been a fan of Westminster but emotions aside where there is money to be made I am game. Pete has been deliberately putting off a placement in anticipation of a price pump backed by real news. Unfortunately he has been blind sided by African bureaucracy which is now coming to a close IMO. In the meanwhile directors have happily reached into their pockets for some cheap stock and issued new options subject to a 5p strike. Pete only put the 5p clause in there cos he knows it's nailed on. Reality is, he needs the price higher and is aligned with shareholders currently even if temporarily. Just sit back and watch it happen, H1 fireworks will go down and if it doesn't i'll be out.

This is a case of the blind leading the blind. They were parroting the same narrative at 1p that they are parroting now. FFS give us something original. Those who ignored them at 1p have bagged and those who ignore them now will bag. They'll be left out of pounds, miserable and will still be posting the same drivel. My interest is purely the share price, couldn't give a monkeys about the Fowler family and it's evident to me the price has the catalysts to go up. No one said it's nailed on cos things never are on aim but you only have to read between the lines and take emotion out of the game. Price down here, partially due to Pete's incompetency but largely due to the bear market crash. It will correct, it's already started the uptrend

In the meanwhile yrabs will carry on telling us how much of a w@nk3r Pete is. We all know that but I can assure you I have no plans to climb into his pants like yrabs did only then to be traumatised for life. Get over it sunshine and learn to make some money. Life too short to be sitting behind a screen repeating the same stuff day in day out.

Yrabs is obsessed with Peter. He spent the wrong years of his life living in Pete's pants and now is bitter about being peed all over. He couldn't read the investment case then and he certainly can't read it now. You don't make money on AIM from searching for the darling CEO. All companies are ****e, all directors are ****e. This company is no different. However buying now when the company has established business and a near all time low share price and market cap following a dirty bear market doesn't sound such a bad idea. Directors have managed their cash seemingly well and have no imminent need of funds. Pasty Pete and his team have dipped into their pockets for the shares and set a nice options package with an unnecessary strike price of 5p. For those who can't read between the lines, Pete wants share price up and will soon come out with a plan to do that. And yes, he will land his trademark placing following that so don't be left holding the baby.

I'm afraid Vander's another case of lights are on but nobody home. These resident sloths are the product of Pete's failure. That's probably the worst he has done for shareholders over the years.

ah, yrabs you are learning mate. Pete will get all that news out to bump up the price and then bam we get the placing to finance the new contracts. He's figured it out to a tee. pete has done remarkably well to hold off a placing for the best part of 2 years. you'll get your bag before your placing, pete isn't going to have it any other way. stop being a miserable sod, buy yourself a few shares, at least you can treat yourself to a nice meal at your local mcdonalds if it comes off
