This company will slowly go down the same track as Armadale Capital did. So much promise but at the stage they are it there will be so much capital required. Dilution will inevitably destroy shareholder value here

Dee bought here at the dizzy heights of 5p/6p and since has been forever averaging down. For the the record Dee's investment today is valued at 0.08p and he's acting like he's warren buffet, you couldn't make this up!

For the record I dont think Dee set out with any malicious intent. He was your average investor who bought the acp story. The more he invested the more he became emotionally attatched. His fatal error was communicating with Matt and being given further reassurances. Now he continued to average down (and at this time I have no reason to disbelive him). At best, his naivety landed him in a spot of bother with the placement earlier this year and at worst he was complicit with market abuse. Matt has been playing certain shareholders through his private lines who have been feeding information into twitter groups based on false premises. At best they were gullible and at worse they were complicit in market abuse. Asimwe Kabunga sold off over 10% of the company, if I recall 60m+ shares when he figured out Matt's game. Nick, the previous chairman knew what was going on. The project was dead years ago, there were no financiers in the background and the RNSs were made to mislead. If you're interested in the wider picture and Matt's shenanigans to contextualise your investment I suggest you seek Comms outside of his circle. He has drawn salaries from numerous companies simultaneously and is a much better place than everyone here. He also has hatched an exit plan to recover his funds, you can all watch how it plays out. Unless he is brought to account you won't recover a penny from your investments unfortunately.

I didn't disappear anywhere, migrated over to twitter where all my AST related tweets were transparent. Full explanation available there for those who were following me in live time but for agenda driven copy pasters who turned up 4 years later with no context and no moral compass there is no salvation. Funny how no ast posters had an issue and then this shark shows up who is guilty of market abuse in this company. Be careful people. We've been through this before. If you want to pollute this board and drown the real issues out knock yourself out. If you want to continue adhominem and make it about me then it won't change reality. I have been vindicated against all the abuse you have been spouting for months. Pumping a stock. I called it a buy from 2p and it went to 18p. Loads of people made a killing on it. We were expecting the £500m+ court claim to come through but it was delayed. When/if it comes through it will go to 50p, look at the market cap on it. I sold because when we learnt of the delay I wasn't prepared to wait years for a return, simple. You on the other hand were calling this cheap at 5/6p, lol and it got delisted. You were also abusing market regulations on behalf of Matt and sucking people in at 0.7p just this year. You now try to character assassinate me. I had goodwill for folk here and many saved a fortune based on my posts but the same is not true for you. Now you want me to be gentleman like to receive answers to my questions. You silly man, you have done the damage. Shares are no longer tradable, lol

So these questions have been put to you numerous times over the past 5 months but you waited until the shares to delist before entertaining a response. And you have the nerve to accuse me of having an agenda. My story is simple, I wanted to save people money and I did, for those who paid heed. For those who branded me a deramper well they will learn the hard way. All goodwill from my side whether you like it or not. Now that the shares have been cancelled, holders are at the complete mercy of Matt and whether you believe me or not, you are not part of his recovery plan. I am not upset as I didn't lose any money. I warned of the impending collapse and those who took heed saved their hard earned. Simple.

Goodbye and good riddance. Those holding these shares now will lose a lot of money. It's no longer listed and a few have the inside line. Matt will milk what he can. He will separate both projects out and have them listed within different companies desperately trying to dump what he can. All cash proceed will go towards his salary and recovering whatever he can of his own money. BlackRock will get nowhere as the government terms are pi55 poor and they are not interested in changing them. Mahenge is a write off, you just don't know it yet and never will as it is not commercial and the company tried flogging it but no one was interested. The silver project requires between $5-$10 million to bring out meaningful revenues. Matt knows it has no value to them now as the purpose of it was to get the 0.7p placing way and a potential share price spike to raise again. It didn't work so he is stuck with it for now. Some other foreign listed vehicle will take it for pennies so they can add it to their asset PF and continue to milk their existence off it. Sad end but don't say you weren't warned. Matt Balls has been planning to take this offline for many many months, it's why I called it bust at 1p. Well now you have it.

Five days and still no circular, you couldn't make this up. Shareholders have been shafted and anyone left holding stock here will join the club. Matt Balls is only interested in saving himself in any way he can. Don't forget he gave himself a pay rise to take directors wages above £100k when the company was burning cash and the projects shelved. That should tell you all you need to know about this vile man
