How did Dee find out about new asset acquisition and placement at 0.7p. He was selectively sharing that information with people on telegram.

I reckon the sellers know the company is on its last legs. We've had continuous round block sells, must be one or two large positioned fellas in the know. As for the buys, pure gamblers. Company requires funds, where is it coming from is the big question?

Wwal, you are most welcome my friend. I wouldn't want to see anyone on here lose their hard earned. The writing however is on the wall and it is a matter of time before the funds existing funds run dry. It won't be 12 months, it'll be much earlier. They had £125k in the coffers 3 months ago following the raise at 0.7p. unless they sell their investments they'd have to be thinking of raising imminently. With the investments liquidated they'll go another 6 months but next Summer Armadale won't be on the LSE.

That is usually the case. Once a share delists all noise subsides and no doubt that will be the case here. They simply have no cash to continue, it's the stark reality. The market cap is now so low to support any meaningful raise. They'll be lucky to get another placement through but that will be at the cost of heavy dilution. We can talk about graphite and silver all day long but the vehicle simple cannot service itself on the stock exchange for much longer.

Armadale does not have the funds to remain afloat. He will need money very soon and this time investors are not interested in coughing up the cash. There is a mighty strong case here for delisting, the question is when and not if. It is the elephant in the room.

Key word to note is "pledge". Let's see the money. Investors won't part with the big cash until they can see this project is viable.

Dee you are guilty of market abuse. You heard the saying, people in glass houses should not throw stones. The fact that you have made this about me exposes you all the more. In the meanwhile I have raised legitimate questions and been shot down for it; and the share price continues to fall. 1) What are ACP and Blackrock not sharing with shareholders?

ACP have been in "imminent" finance discussions for years. They are not sharing with shareholders why they are no longer imminent.

Blackrock are clearly having difficulty sourcing the funds. Despite the decimation of their share price they are not completely transparent with their shareholders why this is taking so long and why each finance milestone is not being met.

2) What's the strong case for ACP not surviving on AIM?

AIM is a vehicle for non-revenue companies to generate finance. ACP is on its knees - read the financials, refer to today's RNS. MCAP sub £2m, burnt £1m of cash last year and only had £125k in the bank in Q1. Directors have increased their salaries despite this, how will they source funds with two cash guzzling projects going nowhere. It's really not rocket science.

3) Why was the feed canceled and the project iced (your words)?

It's darn obvious. A "World class project" which was touted by the management to be in production this year has now had its FEED cancelled. It is because this project is going no where. If it was "imminently" due to progress why on earth would management bring on a second project which they have no money for?
