I think I confused US and Canadian conversion. It should have been 4.17 pence. They bough 63,044,461 at US ten cents. Then an additional 181,240,793 at .054 cents Canadian. Also 50,000,000 will be offered to top holders at .054 Canadian if the top holders don't buy Olisol agreed to take them. So I think the total placing from start to finish is 4.17 pence.

They paid 10 cents US for a large chunk and the second set is at .054 CND why they priced some at US and some at CND who knows. Their total is .0707 US or .0537 pence.

You exercise options when the stock price is higher than the options not lower. The whole concept is the shares from the options are sold. The exercise price goes to the company. The rest goes to the holder of the options as profit. They can keep shares as profit or take cash. The whole idea is to give the employee a large incentive to do all in their power to increase the stock price. As far as getting 3000 shares for free you have your math backwards. Not trying to put you down. I'm just trying to help you and others understand how an option works.

An RTO is a way to get a private company listed on an exchange without going through all the regulatory crap. Usually you buy a defunct company that you can get all the shares for .0001 per share. All they want is the listing and symbol.

See my reply to your post yesterday on stock options. Read the RNS. Happened like I said it would. Different rodeo, different horses same clowns. With all the options they just secured they are now aligned with us. The CEO will make way more building this companies share price up than taking it private right now. It never fails they pile out the bad news. Crash the stock price. Let everyone be mad at old management. Then over next year become heroes and make big money on their options. Hopefully they will recover the losses some of you took. I bought in at a little under 5 cents US so I am happy to go on this ride.

I bought in heavy here linking the upcoming catalyst. It's been a nightmare. What the he'll are they doing. They can't announce something as simple as the money from Olisol is in the bank account.

It's pretty standard for new management to bring as many expense forward as possible and any bad news they can find. Get it all out there. It does two things. They get their options based on the bad. Then with those expenses already charged they look better than they are in next couple of financial reports. Stock price goes up they make their money. When options first became standard for pay the thought processes was it would align management with stockholders. What it caused was business being run in bizzar manners to move stock prices up and down to align with option cycles. It's ok for wall street boys who know the drill. It's horrible for small investors who get taken for their hard earned cash. If you invest for a living you need to have an understanding of the cycle.

I mostly invest in oil and gas so am no expert in miners. This is my only one. I plan on adding this week if the price stays at this level. I like other juniors but they have run up to high for me to chase. I think past bad management and just plain bad luck have created a buying opportunity. I do feel bad for those who have been in for a long time. People hate bad management but I make most of my money off of the opportunity they create.

All the other juniors I like have climbed so far up in price I have a hard time buying them. This is my only holding. I'm hoping the lack of communication is a gift horse so I can add another twenty thousand shares over the next few weeks. Does anyone hold another junior that doesn't seem over priced? I looked at XTR but I can't buy it on the US exchange.

You are correct it is nice when they post relevant information on a timely basis. I was thinking more about the ones who are bleeding a company dry but cheer leading the whole way to the bottom.

Almost all juniors that end up becoming multifaceted do about the same. They bounce all over the place at the bottom. The share holders get distressed from lack of news. Then when a catalyst finally comes they make quick runs upwards. Then they bounce around in that range until the next catalyst. If you watch them minute by minute you'll give yourself an ulcer and talk your self into selling at a loss. If you do your due diligence and believe in the story you have to be patient. Good management spend their time running the business and do press releases as required by law. No more no less. Shysters release RNS after RNS cheer leading and make their money by driving up the stock price with cheer leading instead of creating wealth by building the company. If you see constant cheer leading stay away unless you are a trader making money by noting shyster management in ripping off other novice investors. In my opinion this is one of the few juniors you can still buy at a decent price. Most have already climbed on hopes of ever climbing gold prices and not then current value of the assets. I'm a part time investor and not an expert so don't buy based on my opinion.

I was excited for the market open today in the US after watching the rise on LXE. I thought I would sell a few and bank a profit. There has zero shares traded in 3 and a half hours. This sucks. I'm sure the MM would take mine off of my hands for a nice discount. It never fails. We have to pay a large markup to buy and sell at a deep discount.

I have higher hopes with Olisol. They have been making money in Kazakhstan for a long time and know how to work the system. Hopefully they get the full field production license soon on we get world prices. That would solve alot. They didn't buy in to lose money.

I hope you are right as I am a newer stockholder. I was able to buy in at 5 cents US. I am thinking about adding as I was just starting my position when the shares started going up.

It makes you wonder. Seems like the market maker is double dipping beyond trading commission

I had a sell in at less than .07 offering up to 35000 shares. I was shocked to see 2 orders go thru at .075 and .078 if you made one of those purchases please ask your broker why they executed an order for you far above my asking price. Seems like they ignored my offer and ripped you off selling you some of their own stash at above the ask. None of the trades exceeded 35000 and I did not have an all or none offer submitted.

At least the directors have interest in acquiring shares. Strange he would sell a million first though.

30 million in bypass trades took place on the Toronto exchange. Pope or another fund must be moving shares between funds.
