Sometimes a house will sell from one of their funds to a sister fund. They get to take the tax loss and still own the shares. Not sure about the UK but happens all the time in the US.
Maybe we let complete in the other formations. They get the oil we get reserves to get into compliance. We might have signed a confidentiality agreement.
That increase was meaningless. Each of those depositor receipts is worth 20 shares. Someone bought a couple at 3.5 cents so that trade looked like a big rise. If you divide by twenty and the multiple by .76 for the dollar to pound conversion it was way less than the current share price on AIM. Like 40% no one buys shares over here anymore.
They are supposed to be working with a investment banker to refinance the debt or a sale or equity injection by the agreement with their lender. We have been under the impression that news is past due. So any day we should hear something. News is like pulling teeth from management lately.
I wrote this off as a complete loss in my head. So if Rick comes through it will be a gift. If the water flood can just start working before the notes are called we can get back to a couple of pence quick.
Scarlett if you get the crystal ball working let us know. I have some other stocks it might let us know about too.
I think if you lend it to Rick we might be okay.

Bigjake if I had to guess about the cloak and daggers. One it's working and they are terrified someone will come in and make a low ball offer for the company. They then lose their jobs as we would probably vote Yes to any decent offer. Long term holders might say no but the new holders will take a double in a heartbeat. Second possibility it's not working and they are dragging their feet hoping for a miracle or the big bondholders left the board so they can prepackage bankruptcy to exchange debt for the equity. Leaving us holding the bag. If management gets to keep their jobs I am sure they would throw us under the bus. I keep wondering why our biggest bond holders gave up a board seat.
Who knows. I am just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. If I was brave I would double down at this price.
If we survive it will be a steal at this price.
Big Jake you are correct in some conventional fields they do use horizontal drilling. Most of the time it is when the pay zone is not very thick. They drill sideways through it and expose a large section of the well bore to the pay zone. I think they mentioned drilling one in the past. Scarlet might remember.
Fracking a conventional reservoir is the same as putting your money in the toilet and flushing it. You only fracture the reservoir when there is no space for the oil to flow through. This is not shale we are drilling.
Maybe if I drive up to the site I could buy a few pints for the crew pumping water. Someone might spill the beans. I am getting old waiting for 007 I mean Rick.
