You do know the part about the so called paper transaction where we the independent stock holders have to vote on it at the general meeting. So yes they can't compete it. Dude can you enlighten us as to why you insist on being a troll on a companies board in which you have no investment. Don't say it's to save the unenlightened as then you would be needing to post on the board's of the thousands of actual junk companies.

There are ten thousand companies around the world to follow or invest in. Why someone picks one at random they are not invested in and spends all their time telling those who are how dumb they are is beyond my ability to comprehend. He has to have a personal grudge of some kind. I just wish he would find some other company to hold a grudge against.
