Alot of high net wort individuals who make money investing in these small companies only invest in ones with management that have proven track records. Sometimes a bad management team get really lucky and good management teams have really bad luck. But most of the time who the management team is has everything to do with success. A good thing to look for is when a company has good assets and a horrible management team. The stock price is in the toilet. All the sudden the Board fires them and installs a really good CEO. That's where you can make a ton. Everyone is so used to the company sucking you can get the shares dirt cheap. Once the new CEO turns things around you make a killing. I am hoping our new CEO is way better than the last.

They pay their senior employees in mostly stock options. For that to be effective they can't take it private. It needs to be on an exchange with liquidity in the shares. Also as they have already issued the options it's in current managements hands to do deals that increase the stock price from the issue price.

The stock priced climbed here in the US.

Has anyone tried to analyze if this is going to bring down the cost of our mining operation? That is the key to being profitable and ultimately increasing the share price. They have told us they are working on bringing the cost down. You have to spend it to make it. This may be a good deal or it might be a bad one. Every one just jumped to the conclusion it is bad. This company is in the process of being recapitalized. Sorry to the long term holders but Ebola destroyed the old company and most of your invested capital with it. What we have to decide is do we want to invest in the new company which is what this is. Key point being recapitalized company.

I think we are about to get shaken down for more shares. It worked for Olisol last time. That's what I hate about banana republics.

Sometimes after a judge hears the case it takes weeks to months for them to make a ruling. They hate to be overturned by a higher court and actually research precedent.

We will still owe the money it will just force them to wait to the original payment date or bring their suit to the English courts where they should have in the first place.

Looks like they sold them here on AIM and snagged them first thing this morning from the Toronto for a hefty arbitrage. They got 1,440,000 for 2.02 pence and sold here for 2.125 to 2.375 nice quick profit.

Mystery solved. Any shares I buy through fidelity they place through the Canadian exchange. So any volume you see in the US will also show on the Canadian exchange. It will look like double the actual volume.

Those trades are T.TPL that is on the Canadian exchange. TETHF is the US symbol and it is on the over the counter exchange. Yahoo finance also shows zero trades. Google also zero trades. This is a head scratcher. Still all in all it's a good day for us. I was just hoping to take some off of the table at a profit as I bought way to many shares. 392,779 in total.

Not sure. I see almost 2 million shares traded so far in Canada. My Fidelity shows the horrible bid and no shares traded in the US. maybe they are just showing shares at their brokerage. That if true would suck a big one. Cut and pasted from my account. Bid 0.018 x 20,000 Ask 0.033 x 20,000 Vol 0

Zero shares traded so far and on a .018 cent bid. This sucks. 1.368 pence what the heck.

.054 Canadian converts at times .59 which is 3.186 pence. 10 cents us at times .76 is 7.6 pence. 63,044,461 at 7.6 pence... 181,240,793 at 3.186 pence.... 50,000,000 at 3.186 pence.... There was a million dollar loan converted at 3.186 pence but I think that is part of the 181,240,793 shares. I am not sure as it has been a while since I read all the RNS.

I am not talking nonsense. The placing happened in multiple stages the first was 63,044,461 at 7.6 pence and the second is 181,240,793 at 3.16 pence with another back stopped offering of 50,000,000 at 3.16 pence.
