We can only hope he is working on something game changing. I just don't have faith a lot of management know how to think out of the box. A good investment banker can sometimes help with that problem.

My other stock Caspian doubled on a good RNS. By the time the US market opened it had given back half it's gain. So even if I wanted to cash out I would have gotten shafted. That's the pain of investment in a stock that trades 6 hours before your own market opens. Point being stocks can double on a RNS in an hour.

The last compliance notice said they agreed to waive the non compliance. It future said they have to secure an investment banker to come up with a plan for the December repayment. Where do you get that it was due by end of October. Investment banks don't work that fast.

Scarlet I have been thinking about this deal. If as they say all options are on the table with the investment banker including a full sale of the company. A new company would value having all assets to themselves. Either they are protecting against a sale or the new company is dipping their toes and considering buying us or a bigger deal than the one announced.

I hope the investment banker is a good one. It will help a whole lot if the water flood would kick in. If we can manage to get bought out I hope it is by a smaller company for stock. That way we can profit from the upside. If it's a big company our acreage will get lost in the big numbers.

Here's hoping for a news release soon. I had given up on Caspian and had a good one this morning. Now my week could be made if they tell us the WF is finally working. That could solve our problem. If the Wells started putting out we could refinance elsewhere.

I am alive and kicking. I live about forty miles north of your cousin. Made it out with minimal damage.

In an out right sale you would get a percentage of the sales price for each share you own. Then the company ceases to exist. In a merger you get shares in the newly combined company. Both better than management taking a pay check until the bond holders and the bank take the company and you get nothing.

Finally we have an investment bank coming in. Hopefully a sale or merger will be in the works.
