FK are you able to buy stocks off of the Canadian exchange?

I was going to try buying some Thursday. Just getting off of holiday. Guess I missed a good move. Only 640 shares traded in last several years over here. Not sure what kinda premium I will have to pay. Do you think it's to high now?

Looking for land to aquire is far different than debating whether to stick us with a failed project THAT they own. Property is for sale all over Kazakhstan for rock bottom prices. You don't have to take my word for it do some research.

Du Bas is for sale for a fraction of that amount. It has the same area size and a deep presalt discover that is plugged up like our A5 the company doesn't have the money to side track and fix the well. I upped my bid today to 9.8 pence. 10,580 shares.

Fidelity put up a bid ask on the US OTC the ask is .20 us which is 14.9 pence. They are out of their mind. I guess I am done adding here. I have had a 9.5 pence bid in for 2 days unfilled.

Anyone know the actual ask. I have been trying to get 11,000 shares filled. All I have to go by is the ask on here.

Mariog all proposals are not taken into consideration by the judge. You have to apply for a equity committee with the US trustee. If he appoints one the equity committee can propose alternate proposals. You need to submit the request with a lot of math showing value above liability. They have no interest in complaints about how management should have did things differently. If the trustee turns you down then and only then can you appeal directly to the judge. Once again your appeal better have a lot of detailed math. I have went through this in the Delaware bankruptcy court. It is a lot of hard work and we had to have legal assistance. You will also have to have stock holders willing to stay in Delaware during the trial to sit on the equity committee.

Last July they said they thought the well was leaking. they were going to fix the liner and retest. Then radio silence. The only mention on the Year end report was that they drilled it. So many of our problems with stock price would go away if they hired a tenth grader to write their news releases.

Unless you can show a law firm the chance at big bucks you usually have to pay their fees for the work up to the appointment. If it fails you lose your money. If it succeeds you get reimbursed. I went through this and it is a mountain of work. We all put in several hundred dollars until we had fifteen thousand to hire a lawyer.
