"So I'm wondering if the Finance Ministry is unwilling to agree to this meaning payment will have to take the orthodox route? "
You may well be right, in which case if PM has paid the money as stated in their RNS, where is the money, who has control of the money and is it receiving interest whilst, possibly, sitting in a deposit account.
My parents bought me £100.00 Premium Bonds when they were first announced. So far not a single payout.
Mind you my mother before she died with £50,000 seemed to pick up £25's and £50's on a monthly basis.
It's the luck of the draw. I buy a £100.00 worth of Euro lotteries every month which I give to my wife and she rarely wins anything more than a few pounds in the month, on the other hand a couple of years ago she bought a single lottery ticket and won £25,000.
It's the luck of the draw.
I buy some speculative shares on the AIM market and a year ago I was up to just under £250,000 , a year later I'm still in profit but it's reduced by about £73,000 from last year's highs at today's valuation.
Mr WOS.
Considering that since you joined this BB you have posted at an average rate of 15 a day, based on a 5 day week, and a very substantial number of those posts are rehashed version of previous posts; even taking into account that there will be new investors who may well be happy to be educated with the information that you have unearthed, I still would propose that your intention to help may still look like ramping.
I do read your posts when they indicate new and relevant information and for that I am grateful as it allows me to follow up and aids further research, but still far too many are repeats and it does little to enhance your credibility.

-Maybe also need to ask why someone like mr Professional who say he is relax & unemotional (lol) need to post over 23 time yesterday.-
Whilst I have also done my own research and am happy with my expectations of the potential for at least a break even on PM I do find the comment you made concerning Professional's number of posts somewhat amusing considering the fact that you have made 8 posts today before the market opened.
Even allowing for the fact that I inadvertently did a top up with £20,000 and not the £2,000 I had intended a month or two back and decided to leave it invested even though it actually pushed up my average to 4.43p
I am also surprised at the interpretation of the word "soon" over the preceding months without noting the base on which you relate the word.
If "soon" is related to the years that the earth has been in existence then you are undoubtedly correct .
Please don't get me wrong I am not criticising the detail you include in your posts, it's just the continuous rehashing of the information. Those investors that have made a decision to invest are surely able to do so and to continue to research the company and would appreciate any NEW detail that you come upon, otherwise you appear to be ramping, which I am sure is not your intention.

Big demand. 1.8 m shares buyer still there this morning.
I apologise for being obtuse but I can only see sales of less than 300,000 and purchases of a little under 1,000,000, where is the 1.8 m figure from?
Considering that in 2022 Mongolia scored 116 out of 180 in the Corruption Perception Index and that 69% of the population of Mongolia think the Govt. is a corrupt instition, may well have a bearing on the delay in local government's signature.
The corruption Perception figure has actually increased since 2017 when it was 103rd out of 180 countries.
Extent of corruption
Corruption in the country is endemic. In 2017, Mongolia ranked 103 out of 180 countries in Transparency International’s Corruption Perception Index, with a score 36 points out of 100 (Transparency International 2017a). This represents a drop of two points from the previous year, though Mongolia’s score has remained fairly stable since 2012, which suggests insufficient efforts to tackle corruption.

A class action against the large mobile phone operators should show some interesting movements in the sp.
Vodafone investors should however be used to dropping share prices.
I know I am, share price down ubstantially, my average shows a big loss, but the dividends over the years have taken some of the sting out of the pain.

You could be right Doc https://www.mongolianminingjournal.com/a/73243 GLA
The last paragraph is interesting as it mentions the fact that the production of the Gas Oil process ing plant is slowing down.
The shortage was therefore caused by a failure to align diesel fuel orders with growing exports. Transportation logistics have arisen because of the fact that additional diesel fuel orders are being withdrawn from elsewhere. It's a matter of clean restructuring where economic planning has been wrongly done. While the supply was stabilizing from Russia, our family reminded us that we needed to order to meet our growing demand. He said the medium-term solution would be for the Government to hasten the construction of a Gas oil processing plant. He said the work was slowing down.
As trader you will notice strong buying come in STRAIGHT AWAY on price dip which hit 3.50p.
Maybe you should think what this mean for next push up building even if you do not care anything about INTEL / RESEARCH / FUNDAMENTAL 😏
Mr Owl,
In view of your comment concerning research, please note that in failing to take your own advice on the simplist of research your comment that Strong buying comes straight away is proved fallacious in the fact that there have been just under 1,000, 000 sales and no purchases. At least that is the information on the level 2 console.
I appreciate that some of these may well be purchases incorrectly noted as sales, but as opposed to making bland over statements, please temper your comments with a little less hyperbole

NO need to remind me.
I had a fat finger purchase in June and didn't note that I had held my finger a little too long on the 0 (zero) digit and purchased £20,000 at 4.4p which made a mess of my average.
Still decided to leave it and also added more at 2.75p to bring the average down somewhat.
