Think the MMs have held this down long enough now. I can see this moving quickly into the mid-teens over the next week or two.

Riddle - They take the point from the mid-point of the bid, so lower is considered a sell, bid when higher.

It complete rubbish and can be manipulated.

It would be easy from a systemic perspective to flag it absolutely but there is a reason why the brokers always lobby the exchanges when they consider implementing it.

Because signing a multi-billion , 30 year contracts only takes 3-4 weeks.

My source in the US has indicators that there could be a news release this week. Trying to get a link out of them but it's still very much a buzz

and unlike many miners/drillers who 'estimate' what they have only to strike a load of dusters, GCM's license load has been qualified many many times. Line up the miner (I think BHP), line up the customer (power china) and light the blue touch paper.

Correct, hence my £5+ comment on a previous post. It could potentially be north off that considering the power plants and other 'new elements' that the £4.40 price didn't consider at the time.

This isn't going to hit the high SPs, it will just be suspended and sold for an awful lot of money one day this year.

The buy-out will happen quickly one day. Offer, suspension and gone. It'll be via a consortium, probably via the Caymen Islands.

From that point on, the consortium can blame GCM for all the previous issues and move on with a clean sheet.

CB - With 2 or 3 'big players' involved and the billions in-play and 25-30 years worth of production then I think GCM will be swept aside quickly and Michael Tam can go and sit of his yacht. This is why they are keen not to dilute, he's got a lot of skin in this game and this is the 'big one'

The JV with PowerChina is 1 year and i'd imagine that the miner's JV will be similar. Once you have 2 fortune 500 companies onboard, the funding will come to you. That's when GCM will step out and the re-branding of the project will begin.

There is a reason why GCM is not engaging in PR and does not want it's share price to supernova to a fanfare from the city. They to not want to enrage the protestors and are keen to keep their head below the parapet until the the 'dealings are done'

Once the miner has signed up and the proposal submitted then GCM will be quickly sold (My guess will be for £5+) as it will allow the new 'consortium' owners to bury any bad history and ensure also that there will be no focus for protest groups. Also, worth pointing out that GCM share their resources with Polo Resources, so all this bunk about 'keeping the lights on' and 'raises' is laughable.

I'm confident that GCM will be sold this year. They are the unnecessary minnow in the whole scheme and will be quickly bought out, so frankly talk of future production and infrastructure and the like is pointless.
