I'd expect this to finish at 312-315 today.

The markets are strong China has been invited the White House, so overall the trend is a strong recovery.

Keep in mind they picked up a couple of Glens Comms traders in the east last year, so there maybe something to sniff at but frankly these investigations are always taking place at a number of companies.

The BoD are trapped. The SP is not high enough to conduct a raise as it would crash the price at this point.

Unfortunately, the last raise they did was blown almost entirely on fat pay cheques for the part-time executives. We have established that they don't have offices (just a brass plate) and so don't have a massive amount of outgoings.

Problem is, which massive multinational company is going to give a company with no money or capacity a $100m contract? (clue: no one) .

Quite simply they don't have a product to launch and the house of cards is tumbling down. It won't exist this time next year.

AIM had lost it's ability to value a company. It's all about how much something can be ramped now and not actual market value anymore.

I have 3 companies in my portfolio that have incredible sheets and/or bonafide potential and contracts but are value less than highly speculative cra-p with a 5% COS.

AIM is becoming a busted flush and they need to do something about it. Alternative Investment Market has become an unregulated penny arcade full of charlatans. They need to clean it up.

They need to ban shorting on AIM. On AIM this allows crooks to break the windows of companies who have just got going or show promise. Fair enough, F100/250 but strangling chicks in the coup must be stopped for the benefit of British industry. German has banned it for a reason.

AIM also needs more governance around 'raises' - i.e proof of expenditure and limiting the percentage that can be used as salary or bonuses within a give period.

No wonder companies are looking elsewhere for investment.

I'd rather see a steady and consistent rise building support over a period than the usual AIM pyrotechnics to be honest.
