you can see from the price movement that they are dropping it to get the buyers interested but it's running out of buy pressure and they are having to go lower.

Daily volume currently stands at nearly 60m (on a 20m daily average). Meaning that the 33m seller should be clear soon and the relief will probably start but who knows.

They need to get a TR-1 out or a statement

I think the AIM rule is, if you've been over 20% (+/-) without justification for over 1 trading hour then you are forced into putting out a statement.

Markshares - I think it's a little unfair on Ian Price to be honest. It's his first CEO role.

I think he's come in bullish and made some pretty wild and attractive promises that investors liked and bought into.

Sad fact is, I think he's waking up to the reality his predecessor faced. MOUs are not contracts but a commitment to discuss a contract as countless fans of Dragons Den will tell you, they don't always materialise into a contract or revenue.

Normally when a company is aware that a significant holder wants to sell a sizeable block of shares, they create news to evoke the buying pressure for said holder to sell into. This is why often the best news doesn't move the SP much.

Unfortunately EQT hasn't much news and clearly the lender/holder is in a rush.

Pretty such Ian wouldn't want to fess up to that situation.

You're assuming they are all buys. Brokers have all sorts of tactics to conceal a buy or sell in these situations.

Fact is the lenders had 33m to sell and the volume speaks for itself today. It's lunchtime and we are way over the daily average. This indicated some huge LRGS selling happening in the background. Price is being dropped to create the buy pressure but there is a good chance it could continue tomorrow.

So basically this is the first time you've been on the EQT board.

You probably bought in at 0.63 or something north of the current SP and now trying to ramp it and my posts are the inconvenient truth that you've fcuked up and got into something you don't understand.

I was involved in VRUs for many years and those project had exactly the same problems as this. Needless to say those companies hit the skids for exactly the same reasons.

If you're trapped here, then it's your lack of industry and project knowledge that has put you in this predicament.

dealer55 - Highly unlikely on projects like these. These contracts run up to certain phased payment points. Yes, there maybe a 'retainer' but nothing that will materially affect the companies cash position.

EQT will have to pay suppliers etc from the outset. I suspect this is why they ditched a couple of potential projects last year.

Even if they announce a massive contract in the next 10 minutes it will still be a long way off getting actual reveue in on it. It's not as though they deliver it on Amazon prime after a PayPal payment.

Worse still, they will probably have to raise again to fund the project. So the bigger the project then bigger and lower the raise.

This is why this 'Big Bang' companies are a difficult hold as they need a serious sugar daddy to get them through the early stages.

It gone on too long for Naked Shorting. those guys often run in for around an hour and back out again due to the illegal nature. They wouldn't be exposing themselves.

They would be selling into a loss. Pretty pointless, Unless they've realised they've made a huge mistake with EQT.

Someone has to lend the short. There is not enough liquidity in the stock for naked shorting.

Make all the excuses you want, this ain't shorting. Someone is dumping in the background here, meaning there is probably some news due soon.

For someone to short the shares need to be lent.

Not a fantastic vote of confidence when a major holder is lending the shares out against the company they hold in.

I don't think this is shorting to be honest. There are a number of factors here but I think overall people are disillusioned. I also think there could be something happening the company is not telling us and not good news at that.

Personally, I think people have taken stock of this company over the weekend and seen that it's 'all blow and no show'.

Months and months of talk about contracts and even MOUs, which are just a commitment to discuss a contract but no real sign of revenue. Even if a contract was signed then the cash position is so poor that a chunky raise would soon follow and then months upon months (if not years) before actual money comes in.

Much better stocks out there at the moment. Herein lies the problem with EQT.
