The fact that we haven't had any contract/operational news for a while and especially today should indicate that there is probably more to sell and ICONIC/WDC don't want to squander news on yet another selling opportunity for EGNOG.

It feels like we were provided a whole lot of old or outdated news this morning which is making it hard, intentionally or otherwise, to stick the current status together.

EGNOG's holding is now pretty insignificant, so shouldn't be creating the influence that it is on the SP. There certainly isn't much case for delaying contract news now as any overhang will be blown out very quickly.

We just need news and clarity now. Simple as that.

1) Why not give the name out?

2) Documentation stage is not the negotiation stage!!!

3) They've gone quiet on PR. Appreciate they are a little team but as a fledgling outfit they need to understand information in critical.

OK , you asked for it, here are my list of reasonable demands, which, if satisfied would get this thing moving.

1) £1m contract with who?

2) 6 weeks ago we were told that they had 'several' contracts in documentation phase. Where are they?

3) Update on the Stemcell business ? Hopefully it's disposal/sale.

4) Hard launch and more PR, investor show road map (don't need an EGM or name change for that).

Fund still has 4% left.

Name change and EGM are just admin as the end of the day.

We need contract and revenue news.

The SP of this stock has barely moved in 3 months. For all the puff and wheeze.

Sefton and Quinlan need to get some 'detailed' news out fast i.e next 48 hours, otherwise people are going to get bored as well as confused.

Agree thought. I've thought all along that they are waiting for these guys to sell out before issuing news flow.

But pressure is now on them to do just that.

Great that the EGNOG is nearly out but I think this stock needs contracts news this week to get the thing moving, otherwise people will get bored and moved on. They have been patient enough.

They have to issue a conversion notice before releasing another increase in holdings.

Consistently negative or consistently realistic. I steer clear of people who mindlessly purvey unsubstantiated optimism in a situation that is clearly become a 'black box'. That's called 'gambling' not investing.

Like most people, so far underwater here it's pointless selling out. Unfortunately the management has shown such contempt for holders it's difficult to know where to turn. Thankfully I'm not invested at the same silly levels as some.

When icy water is at neck height then there is a good chance the ship is sinking even if the captain is claiming he can see New York in his telescope.

It means they are forward selling them.

The other alternative is that Ebioss (who are skint) are also dumping and getting out to pay off some other debt/commitment. As they are registered in Spain they are not overly obliged to TR-1.

It worries me that the company, as opposed to acknowledging the obvious are instead blaming retail investors for the price crash. This indicates to me that there is something very serious happening in the background they are not telling us about and as always we'll be the last to know.

Someone knows more than the normal retail PIs here.

Ian Price has created a smoke screen.Nothing he has spammed out over the last year has come to fruition. Even the much talked about 'Phoenix' agreements are just for 2 broke companies to go chasing contracts within a given domain. Meaningless.

I think people have had difficulty distinguishing between what James Parsons has stated and the truth.

This is the same as when Homer's broker advised him to go 'Long on Pumpkins' on November 1st as they'll be cheaper then. Doh!

Lot of rubbish and theories being spouted here. Ultimately the only mystery is how many shares the EURO fund has left to sell and how long it will take. It's a burning fuse.

Pretty sure news is being held back. Keep in mind that a month ago we were told that they have several clients in documentation phase and we can only assume the situation has got even better. Re-org must be sorted by now amongst all the other things.

This is at bargain basement prices for a stock that could soon be in the pennies. Very little risk here.

I think just having a share register would be a good start,

TR1s, Share Register Consolidation, EGM, Name Change, Re-org, New Financing and of course, many contracts .

It's all going to happen very shortly.

Nothing that is stated on this board make on bit of difference to the share price of EQT.

Value of the company is breathless drop and holders value down nearly 70% but they arrogantly or cynically have not informed shareholders why. Very hard not to be very worried here.
