My feeling is that if yesterday was just an anomaly then we would have seen at least 8-12% relief today as there has been , yet again, better than average buying in the morning session.

The fact the Sp has slipped further is worrying, especially in light of the acknowledgment from the company.

1) A holder has 72 hours to submit a TR-1 which could indicate the lender hasn't finished yet and could be the background seller.

2) After a drop of 10% (that is not prompted by an RNS) AIM contacts the company for an explanation. A sustained drop over 20% and the company is obliged to inform the market as to their level of knowledge regarding the issue.

I discussed these points this morning with an old friend who is currently a CEO of an AIM company .

It's now half that and no explanation or interpretation has been given. That's pretty out of order. Even AIM rules dictate that if the reason for exaggerated swings are unknown then they need to RNS.

We had a 25% fall yesterday and a 40% fall in a week.

Simple - that's what I thought when I read your post too.

Personally I think it's pretty disgraceful. When a company loses a quarter of it's market value and the BoD keep quiet, it's pretty contemptible and show a lack of respect for the investors.
