I've just read that 'Business Strategic Update' released on 15th May and now I realise why we were all bemused as to why he released it. It wasn't meant for us. It was meant as a prospectus for the lenders, essentially a plea to not call the loan and keep with the company.

I'm starting to think that maybe something is rotten in the state of Denmark and we are not being told what it is.

Getting word an RNS has been logged.

They'd need to find someone who is willing to get rid of this loan (chicken feed in the schemes of things but not for a non-revenue producing company) and a company that has a requirement.

Simple fact is, if I was a company willing to spend £30m on a Biomass Energy Unit I wouldn't go far wrong just buying this company out at the current market cap and make them build it themselves.

All they need to do is come out and state that the issuance to the lender has now satisfied the forthcoming payment and look forward to contract news in the short term and this thing will be back up to 0.9 before you know it.

People are clearly worried about this debt situation and the silence from the company is making people worried.

JB - Ian Price just seems oblivious to the fact that coming out with rampy statements will back fire. It will make you a hero for 10 minutes on AIM and that's about it. You have to deliver on the hype, otherwise this happens.
