my2p - I desperately not trying to sound derampy here but if you can cast your mind back to Feb when they released that RNS? My feeling is that all those who jumped on the gravel train since will panic again and we could see a correction, albeit not for very long.

Bluey - I would agree with you up to a point, the problem here is that PFC has seen some very wild drops in the last 3-4 months which has set it back. It's not only contract news, which a company in normal operating circumstances would use to progress it's market value but the obvious rumblings from a unresolved case are making it hard going. This and the uncertainty around oil. At the start of the year I was aware of a least 3 multi-billion tenders they were in for but nothing seems to moving. My money is that PFC will likely be sold in the next few months.

Bluey - I've been pretty consistent with my concern over the last few months. I'm still long and strong but I am a little concerned with the lack of news flow.

Wolfy - The thing is the SP is being 'held back'. The current lack of news flow is worrying to be honest and it is only going to take a wee bit of negative news to send this possibly tumbling back to the low 500s or even gulp the 400s again.

Warthog - I think you have it in one. My issue is, as the year continues, your point iii is making it ever more apparent that they are struggling to win big contracts now. In my view the recent drop in price was quite justified to some extent as the SP got away from any market value indicators. Also, with the anniversary of the SFO action passed the chances of 'sudden charges or arrests' probably increases. This will be a day trading stock for quite while unless the 'buy-out' rumour mill fires up again.

Clearly the market can't be trusted to look after Glencore. Without company news this stock seems completely rudderless. It's been a good few weeks since we've had anything that constitutes progressive news and I think this is begging to weigh heavily on the stock as it can barely have one decent blue day without following it up with 5-6 red days. Huge amounts moving both in and out of the stock on a daily basis but radio silence from the BoD. I do hope they have something good planned as you can sense patience seems to be running thin.

I think it's likely to open at 395. It's dividend re-investment day tomorrow. This ended on real terms at 392 (god knows what happened with the UT). So I would expect some uplift. Just needs to chew through 393.

How they managed to work out the UT to be over 2p below the close price is anyone's guess. Feels like this has been held back today somewhat.

Not sure if the US will make much difference today as the dollar is a little weaker. The futures are looking fair and there doesn't appear to be much distress in the markets. Would be good to get some sort of peppy RNS at some point to get this over 400p.
