Retir, but look what you missed out on :))

I am happy to take the £13.10 :-) and ditched the £12.92 shares I had. winner winner chicken and rice for me dinner.

I always hated the £12.92 ones, so just to feel happier I had to sell em.

You can snipe a few extra RR shares every go, done it 4 or 5 times and increased my RR holding eery time.

So that sweet shop = more RR shares.

i'll hold the cash though as this war has more turns than a pirate ship with a 12 year old on board and RR can be £12 again in a blink.

Correct, hence tough choices. but this is not really any good news, just a pause and a oil price drop , ie the war is not over.

£13.10 seemsa tough push to get though now untill war is over or straights are fully open open and oil is sub $80

SO it's a gamble we get more bad news before the wars over.

The swings are £1 these days on oil prices and news !

it's back to records highs over the weekend and Bank holiday, untill oil is back below $85 we are screwed .

Today was always going to be a RED trading day after that 3 day oil jump.

SIPP you cannot beat HL imo, i just trade also with them to keep it in one place trades £6.95, plus interest in any balance and you can put spare money in ISA with them at 4.5% TAX free.

There are cheaper places than HL to trade only but none do SIPP and drawdown as good I found.

Pub-table one-liners. are 100% correct in this case.

Wise to take note when buying and selling or trading RR in the war.

Charts and any other info from charts in a war is totally false and not a guide when to buy in or sell out.

Cars is my weakness, but it's my hobby, I do track days, Euro trips, weekends away with mates, I love driving.

Been into cars from the age of 16. I own all my cars outright.

Clued £100k is a good wage, but I generalise that this sort of wage is the show off area, ok house but a LOT of debt on it, 2 BMW's on PCP etc but skint.

NO one on £100k joint income with kids is spending 200k on a 3rd fun car they don't have the money. they will wear £500 trainers though lol !

I either wear Jeans and RAB, or I do like to dress smart, Paul Smith, BOSS or Polo. it's nice to look smart imo. Avoid the bling chav brands and any sort of £500 trainers.

Well it is, no point buying at £13 a falling share saying RR is a great company and in 2 years it will be £15.

ALso NO one can call a bottom on any share price ever, So the "intelligent " way IS to buy a rise, you miss the dead bottom but you are not buying at £13 and getting 15% wiped off your holding.

Long term investors scale in and scale out, they DON'T buy a FALLING share esp when we can see "OIL UP SP DOWN" is actually a thing and not just forum talk.
