Hi Big Blue.. I understand your thought process and I'm not one to knock any individuals stategy. I think that the 'road map' will not have a great influence on the travel industry until we get the majority of our population vaccinated and then that will only really secure national travel somewhat.. As for international.. we still have quite a while to go before that will be back to anywhere near normal levels as it's really of no use being the only country with the majority of it's citizens vaccinated, tavelling long-haul, mixing with other countries who have hardly scratched the surface. Lets not forget that the medics still don't know if the vaccine actually stops/prevents transmission yet and god forbid if it's proves less than effective in that area. We are currently in lockdown No.2 and there isn't any guarantee there will not be furter lockdowns to come (Boris himself has announced that).. unfortunately the very people who complained about lockdown No.1 are the very same people that caused lockdown No.2 because of their selfishness travelling and spreading the virus even during the lockdown. I consider myself a normal person with morals and thoughts for others wellbeing and I have no intentions of booking a flight/holiday until we are in a more stable position and that seems to be the opinion of all of my work colleagues and friends around the globe.. That all said.. wether we like it or not, the price of stocks are going to be reflective on it's revenues (GAME excluded :-)) and that is going to be suppressed for quite sometime me thinks..
