Bob Liddle has all the qualifications and experience we could ask for. If anyone can secure an agreement that benefits all parties, I believe Bob can.

After listening to the recent interview for a second time, I have begun to appreciate how much background work has been undertaken to progress the exploration and hopefully the successful development of Hussar and Mt Winter.

The recent announcement about other opportunities is also based on background work undertaken over the last few years.

So far everything I have seen points to a well planned operation that is being efficiently executed.

After listening to the interview again, I suspect an announcement on the drilling permit for Hussar may be imminent. There is significant focus on the 11/09/24 meeting, but the granting of the drilling permit at Hussar will for me be a more important step.

Thanks for bringing up the presentation again. When the question of dilution was raised @53:38, I am disappointed that I didn't pick up on the uncomfortable body language. With the benefit of my 20/20 retrospectragraph, it was rather obvious that a placing was on the way

One of my main takeaways from the interview concerned securing the drilling permit for Hussar. The schedule, included as part of the recent presentation, shows the drilling permit being secured by the end of this month. Given the scope of work required to achieve it, I was concerned about the proposed completion date. However, TH said during the interview that in order to lodge the application for the drilling permit, they required funding to be in place, which they now have. He then went on to say "... every part of the paperwork, the applications, all of that was already done; it just required the money and then of course it required the engagement of Aztech Well Construction to manage the whole process for us."

Although I have concerns about the possibility of securing the permit by the end of this month, it seem highly probable that the work already undertaken means the drilling permit will be in place to allow drilling to commence in December.

Given the current share price, you must be "a little disappointed" with your previous comments on the share price:

My reflections on the SP are

1. There is a lot of hype about He shares which creates interest and demand.

2. The management’s credentials are very good.

3. The region has proven Helium resources.

4. Institutional investors were able to secure shares at the IPO at an attractive price.

5. Sentiment and positivity lifted the share price.

6. II’s and traders have been selling for an acceptable profit and to de-risk before the final results.

After all that, I believe it is still a very good opportunity for investors: as I said earlier, my confidence level for a good outcome is at 80%.

I'm sure there are other valid points that could be made and I would welcome sensible views.

I hope so now that I have dipped my toe back in @ 18.675 (showing as sell) The last time I bought at this level was back in May.

It seems to me that people require almost absolute certainty to invest. Given the results so far, the expertise involved and communication to date, I am 80% confident about a good outcome.

If memory serves me correctly, wasn't there a photo of LB donating a photocopier to a local school just before the results of the successful completion of the Itumbula drill?

Perhaps it's a good omen.

Not long to wait to hear if the deal has been completed - 03/09/24

If it is successfully completed, I am expecting a rise in the SP.

At this stage, I am reminded of Dirty Harry's famous line "...you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do you, ....?"

Reference has been made to placings over the last 2 years. Yes, there have been placings, but the rationale for the placings has been provided. The company is defining the scope work / activities required to deliver the ultimate objectives (mine and anode plant) and to date the progress and communication have been good.

As an investor, I am looking at the potential outcome, and evaluating the scope of work, potential cost and timescales required and risks. In my assessment, I also include the possibility of further placings.

The potential outcome is positive; I leave it to you to assess the other aspects of the investment decision.

If this statement is correct, it must rank amongst the quickest corporate deal in history!

On reflection, completing the tasks you have listed to secure the drilling permit by the end of August looks a little optimistic. My target for the permit will now be the end of September, but I would be very pleased if it is earlier. The key for me is to maintain good and relevant communication.

On 25/07/24, MR said that the testing of the 600t sample was due to be completed in 2 weeks. Let us hope that there is a positive RNS waiting after the holiday.

On the basis of the information we have been given the anticipated completion date for permitting is the end of August.

Based on my experience of projects, completion dates are frequently too ambitious due to uncertainties and risks, but I have no reason to doubt the stated timescale. Without being directly involved in the process, it is not possible to provide a firm alternative view to the one proposed by the company. One can only start raising concerns or levelling criticisms when there is a history of failures and to date, the company have delivered good communication and progress.

A critical aspect that concerns me is the cost of undertaking the ‘Upcoming Exploration Programme’. If estimated costs had been provided, together with potential timescales, I would be able to better evaluate whether it is worth holding onto my current investment (gamble?).

By way of comparison, the recent GEX investor presentation included a summary detailing how investors’ will be spent.

You seem to be very keen to see evidence; in response to the statement "This drill has already been approved with native land owners.", you stated "The native land owners don't get to make that call. The respective government does."

I would be most interested if you could point me to the relevant legislation and clauses pertaining to this point.

I'm not sure the maths is quite as simple. Yesterdays RNS included the following:

"Gas-shows are reported as multiples over background level, however the intensity of a gas-show is dependent on several factors including the diameter of the bit, rate of penetration, mud weight, mud flow, and reservoir characteristics of the formation being drilled. Therefore, there is no correlation between the reported scale of the anomaly and the grade of helium present within the formation.

There is no correlation between the intensity of a helium gas-show and the grade of helium within the formation. Nor is there a way to determine from a gas-show if the helium anomaly is associated with free-gas or a gas-saturated-brine. Wireline logging will be conducted on completion of the Clink #1 well to identify reservoirs with free gas for extended flow testing. A discovery may be declared only after samples of gas have been recovered to surface and analysed for helium."
