Pensioninvestor - I also like the way the company is rolling out their strategy. Their presentations are clear and, on the face of it, they have an excellent product at an attractive price relative to the cost of HAI's.

I hope the result of the health economic analysis due before the year end provides a boost, but as Hazbeen said, the key is the US market so I am keen to hear about the Phase 3 trial funding.

Steriwave receives UAE Regulatory Approval. Whilst this may be relatively modest progress, it is at least progress.

The Joint Statement on Establishment of the Minerals Security Partnership Finance Network, dated 23/09/24, included the following:

"The participants also affirmed their commitment to advancing critical mineral projects that are sustainable and adhere to high environmental, social, governance, and labor principles and promote local value creation, with a clear and measurable positive development on local economies and communities. These standards are essential to ensuring that local communities see benefits from the important role critical minerals are playing in the global economy for years to come."

Norway (as well as the EU, represented by the European Commission) is a member of the MSP so this could represent a further funding opportunity, especially since GROC appear to be satisfying the criteria specified.

The US EXIM Bank finance transaction is a loan "which would be subject to a maximum five-year repayment term". However, listening to SB's recent interview, there are grants available which will hopefully avoid any dilution.

Toplocks - 37p is not a figure I recognise. The placing price on 28/09/21 (First Day of Dealings) was 10p and there has been a steady decline since that date.

Wiseinvestor23 - Thanks for pointing out the values for the AAM project updated in July.

To continue with the positive thoughts on the day when my latest grandchild has decided to arrive, I would add the following comments:

• The NPV calculated in the PEA (31/10/23) was US$179m (after tax) - this did not include the potential value of the UGL, or any resource contained within the expanded licence area (from April 2024)

• The AAM plant NPV per the PFS dated 07/05/24 is US$545m (after tax); continued research has identified process improvements so there will hopefully be an increase in the NPV.

• Since the broker forecast, the Exploitation Licence application has been submitted and a site has been identified for the AAM plant.

• EU special project status has been applied for and this could deliver significant financial assistance; there is also the possibility of an EXIM bank loan.

As with all investments, one has to consider potential downsides; the obvious ones are supply competition and a reduction in the demand for graphite if there is a slow-down in demand for electric vehicles. However, the passage of each milestone and the EU position on critical raw materials, coupled with the CEO’s profile leads me to conclude that this is currently a worthwhile investment, but that is just my opinion.

One of my main reasons for investing in GROC is the clearly defined strategy and the quality of the communication advising the progress being made. The company appears well positioned to establish itself as a manufacturer of AAM which is a highly profitable product. There are risks, but the benefits outweigh the negatives from my perspective.

I hope an update (which should be soon) on the phase 3 drilling programme delivers more good news.

Overall, a positive presentation from my perspective, but I would like to see the actual number of patients treated comprising revenue generating sales and the numbers being used in trials. Also, I would like to see the actual number of patients using Steriwave as a proportion of the total potential number at specific locations, or in specific jurisdictions.

There was an update on the Phase 3 trial; it is now estimated to require 6-9 months to complete. The total cost will be in the order of $12 – 14m (not sure if that is CAD or US). It will be interesting to see how funding will be secured; I have already factored in further dilution to my risk / reward calculation.

I am holding for the long term.

Given the clear need for appropriate treatment and the available information demonstrating Steriwave offers a significant contribution, I am hoping to see a significant improvement in the SP.

An important catalyst could be the results of the health economic analysis involving Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust, and Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber the York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC); a report is expected later this year.

I am interested in an update on the US Phase 3 trial. On 10/06/24, it was stated that the Phase 3 trial was scheduled to commence in Q3 of 2024; hopefully, there be an update with the half year results report concerning progress and funding.

The 23/09/24 RNS regarding collaboration with Mölnlycke stated: “The UK market, with a total addressable market of over 3 million major surgeries annually[6] and over 200,000 annual intensive care unit (ICU) admissions,[7] …”. Given their margin is CAD$41 per treatment, after allowing for the fact that Steriwave may not be used at every opportunity and the collaboration with Mölnlycke will have a cost, the potential profit margin is clearly significant.

Add in the European and other markets and the results could be exceptional.
