the submission is due in the next six weeks. FDA may take only 90 days to respond, but what with the high volume of Covid products coming to them, I can't see this happening, especially for a de Novo submission. I believe AN has stated that late Q1 is the most likely time frame - good question to ask at AGM! The other thing to bear in mind is that questions will certainly develop through the process and need to be addressed rapidly to keep the submission moving - this is common with Q submissions.

Ivy, not sure exactly what your question intends - but remember this application is just for one specific usage, so there will be many more submissions to come - a whole pipeline of them. The labs provide a further income stream.

MCAPs lie all the time - sentiment is key, and SBTX are seen as fast moving newbies, whilst OPTI have taken a while (too long in some eyes) to get to this point. Silly time to leave it would be now though.....

Meanwhile SBTX on the rise again and set to rise further, which will likely make OPTIs SBTX shareholding worth around half current MCAP here. The big surge in SP will come when the revenues report a further increase...
Folks speak of this as being for the long term, and it is - but there is a shortish term (1-2 years) case to be made as well IMO.

agreed - the bonus is sitting heavily on sentiment at the moment, and it will only lift if the update is glowing (i.e. as if he deserves it). CD&R are supposedly there to x4 their investment (over what period I wonder?) so it is strong and credible underpinning, and construction is going to have a boom 2 years, so let's wait and see... I have put all my (42p) profits back in this morning so am fully loaded for the ride.

I think investors have twigged that OPTI is a cheap way to get a SBTX bargain (what with OPTI's additional IP as well as SBTX holding).

sold £6K SBTX first thing, and now have £12K worth here, same as with SBTX itself... balance, balance....
