I can't work out why you are stating that HUR is dependent on one well? that's obviously not the case. Do you mean that well 6 is the game-changer?

the way this is set up, with a rising crude oil price against a 7p resistance, means the slightest positive update will blow the lid off. I'm not inclined to oil stocks normally, but this seems (IMO) to be a licence to print money, so have gone in heavy this morning.

however the share action suggest otherwise! :-)

I would expect the BoD may not recommend 20p, tempting as it is. A couple more years of increased sales would value the company far higher and, having got this far, why would they sell for a quick buck when a decade of dominance in their market is in prospect?

glad to see you still here feeks - I still keep these in a very low drawer waiting for that buy-out! I retire in 3 years so fingers crossed...
20p would be a shame after all that effort, but like you I'd take it (£45K profit)

based on the dilution at 25p then 26.4 is par value today, but I can't see that. Maybe a chance of some at 27? (I bought £5K more at that price yesterday...)

if it drops 15% I'll be putting a lot in - but realistically I'd like to buy at 26p, as that will be well below the second offering..

the dilution is matched by the cash on the other side of the ledger, which is only at a 10% discount, with the second tranche likely being higher than 28p....

but 60p will do :-)

let's hope they drop it toward 25p on opening so we can all top up! New CFO, fully capitalised, more cash than debt and operations back to normal already, so the only way is up. I'm targeting 50p by September.

I sold first thing - same old same old - no ability to generate telling revenue, very good at spending. This is a ten year plan - too long for me....

wtf? how can they justify that discount, - why would they want to dilute existing shareholders so much? I'm out on stop losses as soon as it opens - hopefully not at 11p. Don't want to be part of this lot any more.

what we need post-offer is confirmation of additional liquidity, as promised, and a couple of contract awards under the government's new infrastructure push....
