agreed - cash in hand is good - the FDA will plod on & clearance will likely coincide with the greatest built-up demand for liquid biopsy ever experienced. Meanwhile the company can press on with the next research and submission. I wish the placement had been at 55p - 60p, but 20% additional shares is not too drastic in the circumstances. Remember AN and others on the BoD have a share price target for options, which has just got harder...needs more effort....

Maxim, ShareHunter, you are suggesting that highly trained (hmm) institutional investors did not ask for a current revenue projection before taking up the raise offer? I find that difficult to believe, as there were a number involved, but I can accept them throwing their money in on the basis of future potential - for that they would certainly have had to have done due diligence to convince their management team...

I agree gawd - the main reason for the raise must be a concern that the FDA have Covid-lag and that the previous 'runway' might therefore be too short. I'm pleased, despite the dilution, that it gives them the opportunity to move forward on multiple fronts rather than twiddle thumbs and hope for the best...

Yep, best to get this out of the way - Mr Market could see the time frame was too tight on FDA clearance - & - it will take a few months beyond that for sales to gain serious traction

take it easy Soulsister - all they've done is dropped the bid in the hope of some cheap shares. Some good publicity building, and meanwhile the institutional investors will be applying considerable pressure for some positive updates, so IMO they will be along fairly soon. Meanwhile just buy cheap shares - you know it makes sense!

itye, you need to look at the time stamps - the last two big trades were likely buys this morning. The others do look like sells but went through in the afternoon without affecting the price. The final sell may register first thing Monday but I doubt it.

certainly is Vicaroo (have done so)... RNS is likely next week (lack of comment about the SP drop is a giveaway) and could send it flying....

perhaps the bottom has been scraped? It is a tussle between the gigantic undervaluation and those who think they can get in cheaper closer to the time (FDA).

my target price of 1030 has been hit, so I am selling the lot today. My £9K is now worth £100K, not including top slice profits. THANK YOU NOVACYT!!! Not quite life-changing, but getting that way... I hope for everyone else that this continues to soar. GLA.

few investors on AIM have five months worth of patience, and the MMs know that, and also that there is enough uncertainty in the FDA's decision-making record to spook some holders. It will need to find a bottom and then start to re-build on expectation - all the way past £1 (IMO). I hope the company pull a few rabbits out of the hat in the meantime, though there was nothing in AN's interview to suggest surprises...

MS007, I think the fact they know the identity of the multinational (and the market doesn't) would preclude them from buying.

me too - I doubled down, so have a 1.42 average, which looks incredibly cheap, but I'm saving some dry powder in case the MMs try it on before news....

you are welcome MrStock! I hope you top sliced at some point? I sold all my trading shares at 17.5 (after buying more at 12), but still have a core holding from when it was 6p ten years ago. (Actually felt it would be 60p minimum by now). I can see it drifting a little from here, just IMO of course.
Meanwhile there seems to be some action here - my feeling is that some big companies are eyeing up the IP and patents, knowing that Eden have been fairly rubbish at marketing their product. A multinational would make an absolute mint with Mevalone/Sustaine in a bad botrytis year...

I don't think they will allowed to buy at the moment - too much news up their sleeves, including the name of the huge company, which they are party to, but we are not = disallowed from buying shares.
