Excellent post- Ninesandytoes- well spotted on the name of the reservoir which is the same one referred to in the Heron 1 Drill Update RNS of 9th Sept 2019 :-
"Heron-1 has been drilled to a total depth of 2960 metres with the top Lower Tsagaantsav reservoir, the primary target for the well, encountered at 2803 metres,"

Mongolian Gov and legal systems are frustrating but can anyone really see them not granting a local permit having already granted a national exploitation licence and stating it’s sign off by cabinet which is backed by the mining ministry etc and is a “ project of national importance” !!

You’ll find WOS is being enthusiastic and linking the background general political push to improve the climate for and encourage further foreign investment in Mongolia with our specific progress towards approval of the Local Access Permit .
All you need to do is judge where we are is re- read the latest RNS which states
“ Documentation has been prepared by the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and circulated to other relevant ministries in advance of submission to cabinet to secure approval to certify the Block XX Exploitation Area as a Special Purpose Area. The certification is being proposed on the basis that the Heron development is a project of national importance. ”

Note the emphasis on “ project of national importance.”
You don’t draft that in lightly !!!!
