Ibiza - I can see that run of prices too as you described. I think I may have underestimated the LP impact as I know it’s key to the transformation of PM but difficult to say whether the market will fill appreciate that until it sees production wells being dug

V1 Gusher = 15p then plus LP =22p

Then DQE= 28p

Then 40p by mid next year with 6 wells on Block XX

What’s the consensus view?

We have a drill half way there - exciting time and we already have a discovery of National Significance . Admittedly this fledgling democracy is overly bureaucratic but they’re learning and we need just a little more patience- it’s all coming !

The BoD are trying to keep the company off the radar given the war . sanctions and fickle nature of Russian politics. It’s that simple . Everything else is noise from whinging baby like shareholders demanding this and that . Sit tight till the war ends and business resumes .

Bowley - did you ever think that the parties at the IoM meeting could all be under an NDA such that nothing about a possible new partnership could be disclosed until it’s signed and sealed or it coii I’llld just be what we were advised in the last RNS ie fiscal negotiations on PSC but I think it’s a fair chance with so many high ranking folks around that table and the IoM finance guys it’s something more and all under an NDA

2. An Exploitation Licence

3. Central Gov support as a matter of

“ National Significance “

4. Support from 2 x Government Departments MRPAM and MMHIM

5. A Refinery with oil pipe line passing our wells being built as nff DX needing feedstock

6. A final simple presentation by a Ministry that feels it falls within their orbit ie Ministry of Construction and Urban Development.

All against the background of a serious long term push for foreign investment by a pro business and resource mining government
