I have seen many single trades where no RNS has landed the next day, however I did see a single trade on the Hemogenyx board a good few months back and sure enough an RNS landed the day after
In regards to today’s single trade, we’ll have to wait and see
I had a read through his comments before; he’s the true definition of a serial de-ramper :’)
We’ve had a decent day here at Vela, especially considering we’re still awaiting an RNS. It really makes you wonder what possesses people to be so negative
Completely agree Jimmy, sentiment has returned and today has clearly demonstrated that the sleeping giant is waking up
Some people took the opportunity to make small profits, which is very premature as the real gains are yet to come
And what? we still finished higher than the start of the day and we will continue to rise as we head towards results
Are you invested here? If not, why would the price action here concern you?
Good question, to be completely honest nobody knows. However, my gut tells me that if the SGS trial results are as brilliant as we're all expecting then the 0.1p range will be but a distant memory
A few days back BigDave shared an article about another oral covid trial, and they expressed that annual revenues from such a drug could generate £1 billion per year. Vela has an 8% slice of the SGS deal, meaning in this scenario Vela would receive £80 million a year. So considering the current Mcap is £8 million, we could easily surpass 1p :D
Then there's also the option of selling Vela's 8% holding which would be hundreds of millions, if JN deems it to be his favorable option. Either way, this little minnow could well be joining the big leagues in 2021
I completely agree, the reason i've stated north of 0.1p is because that's where the previous trend has taken us
But of course we're now waiting on HUGE news, so unlike the previous rises this could take Vela into the big leagues
Here's the same graph since August 2020, when JN took the wheel

As i've pointed out a few times, the pattern is repeating and as you can (hopefully) see, the chart suggests we're about to go on the next run. This really could be an explosive month for Vela Technologies
Thanks guys, charts used to be quite intimidating but since getting into crypto I’ve started to get the hang of it, however I’m still a novice compared to real chartists
Well done to those who have held strong over the past few months while the SP has remained dormant. This is merely the start of Vela’s re-rate, when the big RNS lands we’ll be way north of 0.1p
Good luck all
Looks like Vela is finally breaking out, hold onto your shares folks!

Vela disposed of their holdings a lot longer than a few weeks before ARB’s rise, which is a pity of course
Don’t discredit Vela on this one action tho, we also disposed of BlockchainK2 and a few other holdings which proved to be a good decision
One day closer to results :)
Good luck all
Hello RotP, I thought my comments on this thread would provide enough information to get new comers started. The treatment isn’t a vaccine, it’s an oral tablet for people with lowered immune systems
The only further recommendations I can give is the RNS tab at the top of the page, and it’s advise to do a good bit of research before spending £700 lol
Out of all the shares you could have picked tho, I do personally believe that you’ve picked a decent one... luckily
Great find Dave
So in theory, in Vela’s position, an 8% slice of an annual £1b revenue would be a cool £80m every year. Which is before considering the potential sale of Vela’s stake which would be hundreds of mills in one deal!
This really does put into perspective how tiny an £8m Mcap is. In the scenario above, 1p is more than achievable
Hope everybody has had a nice bank holiday weekend
As Jimmy’s last thread states, Vela is on the verge of waking back up, and JN has re-structured the company to have the workings of a serious multi bagger
We have zero debt
Over £2 million in cash (25% of our Mcap)
Nearly £420k profits generated in 2020, which is just the start as JN was only appointed in August
This month we’re expecting the initial results of JN’s heaviest investment, the SGS oral Covid treatment trial. This project alone has the potential to send Vela into another league, with feedback so far being extremely positive
JN has topped up on his investments in Mode and Cornerstone FS, both of which have the potential to be great companies
Kanabo, one of JN’s most recent investments has proven to be an instant bagger to which he’s taken profits from and still holds shares the approximate value of £210k
More investments in extremely hot sectors are MTI Wireless and Aeristech, which we’re currently awaiting an IPO on
Then we have the charts, which are demonstrating a repeating bullish pattern. We’ve been consolidating for a few months time and we’ve finally bounced off the bottom of the long term upwards channel. We’ve seen this time and time again and those who are savvy to this have already loaded up their holdings
To the doom and gloomers stating how boring Vela’s price action has been of late. Please take a step back and acknowledge the hard work and strategy which JN has been applying here
The chart is also looking bullish imo, as we head towards breaking out of the descending channel (which is a bullish trend)

After hitting the bottom of the long term trend line last week, we should now see a nice rise as we head towards results, which is exactly the same pattern we've seen for the previous three rises which lifted the SP north of 0.1p
Fundamentals are also exrtremely favorable
25% of our mcap in cold hard cash, zero debt along with expected news on many of our investments
Very excited for June
