Times have changed, the company has changed, unfortunately some people's opinions haven't.

Imagine the SP if we get a TR1 saying they directors have now bought since EGHOS are out! It’s quite likely now, considering EGHOS only have 6b warrants (which may already be forward sold).

Interesting times ahead here

They have the option to issue a measly 0.5b share into the market, and then have the option to convert 6b shares from warrants after a shareholder vote (I believe)

So one more chance to make some nice profit on a trade.

Once EGHOS are fully out of the picture it’ll be well worth holding a few million shares in here and forgetting about it for a year or so.

I suspect you'll still have the opportunity to top up at these levels for a little while yet, unless the GM changes anything ;)

I'm just wondering how us shareholders can get an update on general meeting which will be held next Tuesday Morning?
I'm struggling to make sense of the paragraph below.

Ref. 11th September RNS
"The Company will convene the General Meeting with the minimum quorum of two officers, in accordance with its articles of association. The General Meeting will comprise only the formal votes for each resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting and shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote via completion of a Form of Proxy. Full details of how to complete the Form of Proxy are contained in the Notice of General Meeting. Shareholders are strongly advised to appoint the chairman of the meeting as your proxy to ensure your vote is counted. The chairman of the meeting will direct that all resolutions will take place by way of a poll, rather than on a show of hands. The voting results of the proposed resolutions will be announced by the Company and will be made available on the Company's website as soon as possible after the conclusion of the General Meeting"
