Naah I think you're getting ahead of yourself there.
On 10th Sept (just over a month ago) we were sitting at 0.147p a share.

So in comparison we're in still 60% up from those levels. Obviously the issue of warrants last week has had a negative impact on the SP, however I firmly believe it won't be for long.

As with all mining and exploration projects there has to be time between each positive RNS for the men on the ground to find the materials which we are looking for. Luckily for us we're expecting these results through very soon.

0.2p is my top up price, I don't see it being there for too long

There seems to be a lot of confusion after today's TR1.
Basically, it has told us nothing that we don't already know.

EGHOS converted 4.5b warrants on Tuesday and have been offloading them since at a rate of approx. 1b per day.
These should be completely sold by next Monday.

If Icon drop an RNS this afternoon or tomorrow in regards to the Joe Media Ireland takeover or a positive finacial restructure, then we could see this rocket before EGHOS have cleared their warrants.

All in all, these are good levels to buy.
Either way this will be rocketing soon so don't sell your shares.

You can expect to see the share price rise when Icon release an RNS stating the acquisition of Joe Media. I’m expecting this RNS by the end of next week latest.

I seen a 50m sell today shortly after 8am

Reso, the selling of the 4.5b has already commenced.

The shareholders were alerted of the conversion on Tuesday, and selling commenced on Wednesday. So far I estimate 1b shares have been sold from this. I think they’ll be cleared by Monday 12th

Well Mags, as I said before we have only just started seeing the 50m and 100m sells yesterday which leads me to believe you're wrong, the warrants haven't been forward sold as the shareholders must be alerted of their conversion.
But as I also said, this probably wont matter in a weeks time.

I am aware of this. But the point still remains, Sbuild clearly has no idea what he’s doing and needs to educate himself before buying into other shares.

Sbuild, it sounds to me like you haven’t done enough research at all to be buying shares on the AIM market.

Unfortunately you seem to have bought on the ‘spike’ a couple of weeks back (@ 0.027p). This kind of thing catches everybody out when they first start trading. Personally I believe you’ll see your money back (plus with profit), although I wouldn’t want to predict when to expect these results.

I proposed the idea of the warrants being forward sold around a week ago, but learned from an experienced trader that warrants cannot be forward sold the way shares can be forward sold; the market must be alerted of their conversion first.

Now I haven’t confirmed this but I do believe it to be true.

I’d like to believe that they’ve been forward sold, as it’ll bring us all a lot closer to the result we’re hoping for. I know there has been a lot of selling recent but it hasn’t been the usual 50m & 100m sells which EGHOS is renowned for, until today that is.

Either way, I’m hoping that this time next week these 0.014 levels are all a distant memory.

My guess is around 1b.

Hopefully Icon drop the Joe Media RNS this week, which would see the remaining 3.5b be consumed in a flash.

If not, then I expect them to be cleared by Monday and by which time we’ll be leaving the realm of “early October”, which is when we’ve been told to expect the Joe Media agreement to be finalised.
