I'll be back in contact with David Price later on this week to confirm that "Phase 2" drilling is complete. Once we have this confirmation, it'll be safe to assume that we should receive the drill results around 4 weeks prior to submission to the lab.

It is time to start pressuring directors to buy, and I feel that the most effective way of getting a response is to put them on the spot in the public eye.

Unfortunatly Samuel Regan-Asante has felt the need to block me. I would have preferred a reply and I think that would have benefited him far more than myself.

Mag, I think its more likely that the large sells we've seen today (300m so far) are the remaining 500m shares being forward sold.

I believe that we'll receive an RNS for the warrants being converted before they can be sold

I pondered the idea of EGHOS forward selling the warrants earlier this week, however I have been told by a more experienced investor than myself that this isn't likely as the warrants would first need to be converted which would prompt an RNS.

We could possibly see EGHOS flogging the final 0.5b shares, which will only equate to 5x 100m sells, so not very much at all in the grand scheme of things.

I think it's likely that we could see an RNS for these shares today, and perhaps an RNS early next week to alert us of the warrants being converted.

This is only my opinion, and as always I'm open to discussion

Don't let it get to you Wayne, it's likely to fluctuate between 9-10p until we receive news, which should arrive by December 1st but for all we know it could come earlier. For that reason i'd rather be in than risk being out

Amazing things will come from this little pharma, it's clear as day to see. We just need to stick to our guns and before we know it we'll be reaping the rewards.

My bad ontarget, I have somehow got the two statements confused.

1) Progress CDX antibodies for pre-clinical development by December 1st 2020.
2) Advance CAR-T with Penn University towards clinical trials.

Because that specific date wasn't listed in the RNS doesn't mean it isn't factual

I've laid the facts out plane and simple, so if you want to continue with your childish de-ramping then so be it.

My average is 1.28p so currently 32% down, however I'm not overly concerned by this for the following reasons:

1) Investors will be back in November in anticipation of the deep hole drill results.
Given that 'Plateau' has a similar geological makeup as Mt Wright, which was a highly lucrative gold mine a short distance away. Mt Wright's main gold deposits were between 400m - 850m and so far we have only sampled down to 190m.

2) 3D magnetic imagery has confirmed a gold target at around 600m below Plateau.

3) 'Copperhead" and "Copper Dome" are yet to be surveyed this year.
Historical surveys of this area indicate a huge copper deposit just blow surface, and some gold too.

4) SP is currently around 50% below July's placing of 1.6p per share.
After one mediocre shallow drill result many 'weak hands' jumped ship, which I see as very short sighted on their behalf but a great opportunity for myself to load up before their return.

5) I have been in contact with David Price (CEO of Rockfire Resources) to enquire about the companies lack of PR recently, with the last being the very informative videos uploaded to Youtube by VNS Global.
He stated that the companies main focus right now is complete the drilling program (which I believe should finalise next week) and to get the samples to the lab. He said once the results are back, he plans to work on the company PR via Twitter and other platforms which shareholders utilise.

With all that said, I plan on topping up again at the end of October which should give a week or two for the drill results to come through and the company's PR strategy to unfold. My aim is to get to an average of 1p per share.

Hi everybody, after re-reading yesterday’s RNS and digesting all of the information I have compiled all of the highlights in a format I hope is easy to follow.

* Hemo’s Main Focus’

* CDX antibodies
Treatment of AM Leukaemia & conditioning for bone marrow transplants to pre-clinical development.
GlobalCo companies to finalise manufacturability sign licensing agreement by December 1st 2020.

* Disease Modelling Platform Tech (AHC & ApbHc humanised mice)
1) Successfully constricted and tested CAR-T cells for the potential treatment of AM Leukaemia & conditioning for bone marrow transplants. Sponsored research agreement with Penn State announced August 11th 2020 in order to move towards clinical trials.
2) Hoping to develop novel treatment for Covid-19 by developing “neutralising antibodies” which are typically created by the human immune system to neutralise invading viral pathogens.
3) New form of mice (AHC) with 95% human immune system for blood cancers, drug testing & treatments.
4) ‘Immunex’ (owned by Hemo) have developed (ApbHC) mice which have several advantages over other mice.
5) ‘Orgenesis’ paying 10-12% royalties for the use of Hemo’s mice.
6) Colab agreement with ‘Janssen R&D’ (J&J) in hope to discover “novel materials” for treatment of Lupus (SLE).
7) Potential ability to defeat unknown virus’ (“Disease X”) that could break out, similar to Covid-19 and other deadly virus’.

* Hu-PHEC Cell Therapy
Cell replacement product to generate cancer free patient-matched blood stem cells after transplant. Patents approved in US (Feb 2020) & EU (May 2020)

* Autoimmune Diseases
Hemo have entered into a “biological investigation” and “material supply agreement” with ‘Eli Lilly’ in June 2020 in aim to discover “novel materials” to be used for the treatment of Lupus Erythrmayosus and potentially other autoimmune diseases.

* Financials
£3.15m raised from placings in January & June 2020 for Hemo’s drug development program.
£35k raised in H1 2020 in exercises warrants. Loss of £835k in H1 2020 (1st half of financial year).
£83k raised in H1 2020 for sale of humanised mice. Up to $500k drawn by warrants from ‘Orgenesis’ in H1 2029.

I really can’t understand why people would be jumping ship right now haha, it’s truly baffling.
This is one of the safest small cap companies on the market and news IS imminent, it’s just a matter of when? Certainly by Christmas that’s for sure, and we are going to have a smashing Christmas :D

The EL contract is still under way, and I’m now 100% certain on this. This company has far too much potential and very little downside, if any.
