Easyjet have returned to London Southend after pulling out in 2020, only 3 destinations this summer but without Ryanair competing on the same routes (as it was) hopefully it will be a success for Easyjet and SEN.

Usually with Boo we get good results and the SP goes down, I remember a few years ago when it was anticipated that on results day the SP would go to £4+ it did for a few seconds just after opening then continued to drop throughout the day, I bailed out at £3.78 i think. Those were the days eh.

SCB has been very quiet the last few months, no doubt will be back when SP reaches £2 (could be a very very long wait)

Possibly less chance of having flights cancelled with Easy,Wizz,Ryan and Jet2 than with BA this summer if travelling to Europe, how sad is that ?

Not sure why a lot of people on here hold Mooky in such high esteem, we rarely get anything new from him or any other spokespeople other than the Cineworld experience, virtually no comments after the court decision, other than we will be appealing. Poor commercial decisions made by the BOD which has resulted in a debt laden company and a SP that really is a joke considering we are the World's 2nd largest Cinema chain, in the meantime everyone clinging on to the hope that the Cineplex ruling will finally be reversed in our favour, what happens if it doesn't assume we go into administration, nothing is certain didn't most think we were going to win the case ?.

Listening to Simon Calder on LBC this morning, BA showing 110 cancellations today, Ryanair and Wizz hardly any.

Personally I think BA have a terrible reputation and they need to resolve issues as soon as possible. For economy passengers wanting European flights Easyjet offers a good service without the hassle of getting into and out of LHR. Obviously if you want the benefit of business class lounges and a empty seat next to you, you have very little choice other than BA.
Wizz and Ryanair are a level below Easyjet but it depends what you want as a customer, but arriving at the airport and having the National carrier experiencing major IT and cancellations on a regular basis, it may make you choose a cheaper alternative.
