Friend went to Cinema on Tuesday afternoon to see Downton, reduced ticket prices only 7 watching!
Not going to make a profit on that showing .

I would of thought if you had bought in at £1.20 + you would of sold way before now, it's the ones that bought at 40p and held until £1.24 and then didn't sell and then watched it drop and drop and drop hoping that one day it will get back up again.

Wizz and Ryan seem to have a lot less cancellations than BA and Easyjet.

Seems as though the go around yesterday has stalled definitely descending now.

Falling fast this morning is there more bad news coming?

Agree insider Mooky has been extremely poor in communicating with share holders.

I don't think share holders fortune or misfortunes are considered by any company or CEO as long as their immediate personal incomes are not effected why worry, obviously if a bonus is dependent on share price that may be slightly different. Mooky and Co have earnt very well over the last few years.

lpd I understand your point but most of the events you quote are one off/specific interest /annual events etc. Going to the cinema at the present costs are out of reach for a lot of people it's a unnecessary expense, a few weeks ago prices were reduced for a specific promotion and all screens were filled to capacity, perhaps more of these special price events can be held to help families who just cannot afford to spend £40/£50 (min)on a few hours entertainment.

Tony Max, totally agree particularly in the UK at present, household spending taking a real bashing at the moment but as many will tell you most revenue is generated in the US

Can I ask IF Mooky was to make a statement at the AGM that would effect the SP(ie settlement in court case, US listing etc) would a RNS have to be issued before the comment was made?

Obviously not asking for any financial advice, just suggestions as to what I should consider doing, have a small holding in IAG, 2000 shares were purchased at £1.90 ish, another 4,000 have been bought at a lower price, added a few yesterday also. Now being inexperienced I held as didn't want to lose money but held for too long and in a loss on the initial 2000 shares, question is should I now sell those and repurchase at today's much lower price (or whenever i feel the time is right) hoping that I will be able to recoup my losses or just sit and wait for the elusive £1.90 ps to return? Only seeking suggestions and will not hold anyone responsible for my eventual actions .
