Does this mean that until JT's position is settled, his shares are effectively held in abeyance pending further sales or buy back?

If so, and, since a portion of his shares may have been sold into the market (and may need to be bought back?), any new good news coming out of Brockham/Balcombe should only aid the SP further.

The Company sets out below the following TR-1 notification (the "July TR-1") as received late yesterday which is reproduced below without amendment. This follows the TR-1 announcement released by the Company on Friday 29 June 2018. The Company believes that the 'Position of previous notification' included in the July TR-1 below, being an interest of 12% of the Company's voting rights, represents the shareholding of the Company's Chairman, Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius. Therefore, it would appear that the July TR-1 has been submitted on the basis that ownership of the 39,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by Mr Tidswell-Pretorius as per the TR-1 released on 29 June 2018 has been transferred to America 2030 Capital Limited ("America 2030"); and that 10,800,000 Ordinary Shares have now been disposed of. As per the 29 June 2018 announcement, Mr Tidswell-Pretorius acknowledges that 39,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by him were transferred to America 2030 in contemplation of a possible equity linked loan against his shareholding; however, he contests America 2030's rights to sell any of these shares on the basis that the associated documentation in relation to a possible loan was never finalised nor has he authorised any share sales on his behalf. The Company will continue to investigate this matter as a matter of priority and update the Market as and when there is anything further to report.

With the evidence that Angus have gained/gathered and subsequently submitted to the SCC post the comments made by the Mole Valley Planning Meeting, it would now seem that the company are addressing/have addressed many of the issues raised.

Angus's fall back position has always been that they can appeal any decision made by the SCC.

The Company sets out below the following TR-1 notification as received today which is reproduced below without amendment. This relates to the shareholding of Chairman, Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius. Mr Tidswell-Pretorius has confirmed to the Board that this TR-1 has arisen from a change by him of the Broker through which the majority of his Shares in Angus Energy are held and that there has been no change in his beneficial interest in the Company. Accordingly, Mr Tidswell-Pretorius remains interested in 39,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 12.87% of Angus Energy's issued share capital.

Brockham side track was drilled perfectly. It will get its approvals eventually. Tidswell is good at his craft of onshore UK oil drilling. People pretend the oil at Brockham doesn't exist. Wrong. It does.

I figured this morning that the "trolls" had pushed Angus Energy's share price far too low. People forget that @angusenergyplc have something very unique in the UK onshore #Oil sector - Production Licences. And Brockham is right next door to Horse Hill. Enough was enough.
