I can't see what the problem is. Today any one of us Pi's could have bought the shares cheaper than 8p post the exercise price notification RNS.

What I do see though is a possible closed period for the BoD (and employees?), where they will be prevented from buying shares (insider knowledge and all that stuff). If this is the case and the SP rockets on Balcombe/Brockham good news, all employees would effectively miss out on that. Today's RNS will in essence allow all employees to join the party. A little later than us Pi's of course but more importantly, they would now join us legally!

Off the cuff, I seem to recall that closed periods began at least 1 month before news releases in RNS's. However, I will take your guidance on that one.

Balcombe requirements are already in print!!! Dig out the Brockham documents, strike out the word Brockham and insert the word Balcombe.

You can then do the required work.
