Bought 500k shares for £37,450 then 250k and 100k.

There are three types of injunctions: preliminary injunction, temporary restraining order, and a permanent injunction.

How long does it take to get an injunction?

After you file the paperwork, a Judge will review your file, usually the same day. Based on the information you have given, the Judge will determine whether to sign a Temporary Injunction for Protection. If you are granted a Temporary Injunction a hearing will be set within 15 days from the date the Petition was filed.

Who's to say that Angus haven't processed/submitted the paperwork already.

Re the comment "Angus unlike UKOG have not applied for an injunction and are not covered by UKOG's injunction".

Could that be because Angus would not get an injunction at this time because no crime has been committed yet?

If any swampies are out there reading this BB (as we know you do), and think that they can get a free ride on Angus, don't tbe misled to think that we can't and won't apply for a similar injunction at both Balcombe and Brockham.

Reposting garbage like “they're following 3/4 minutes behind” is nothing more than pure scaremongering. Indeed, it tarnishes and does you little favours for some of the good work that you do do.

Additionally, many thanks for your kind offer of providing information to help me with my investment decisions. Sadly, I will have to decline your offer as I prefer to make my own decisions based on company RNS’s and other media sources that are already out there.

Community Liaison.

The community liaison group (GLG) is a condition required by West Sussex County Council when it unanimously extended planning permission at the site for two years in January.

A post on Balcombe Parish Council’s website said:

“Balcombe Parish Council has been approached at very short notice to participate in a Community Liaison Group (CLG) with Angus Energy, WSCC [West Sussex County Council], The Environment Agency and MSDC [Mid Sussex District Council].

“The CLG has been set up to provide a conduit for information regarding forthcoming flow test activity at Lower Stumble in Balcombe.”

The parish council added:

“No information on timescales for any activity at Lower Stumble has been given to date.”

In an update on its website, FFBRA said the composition of the CLG has not been finalised but it expected to be represented. It said:

“The purpose of this group is not to challenge, lobby or protest about the oil operation. It is to act as a structured conduit for questions from residents to Angus – and for their responses to be conveyed back, shared and made public".

Questions for the CLG can be sent to Balcombe Parish Council by midday today (Wednesday 5 September 2018) by email to the Parish Council clerk or by phoning 01444 811833.

FFBRA said it would also take questions by email, send them to Angus and publicise the answers.

With this final approval, Angus Energy now assumes Operatorship of the Balcombe Field Discovery on behalf of its newly formed partnership. Angus Energy will conduct an approved 7 day well test on the horizontal well at Balcombe before the end of the Q3/18. The market will be updated in due course.

I know that all investors are dismayed with the current SP and in effective blame Tidswell and Vonk for the SP decline, but once again, can we please leave it there.

For sure they have made big mistakes but haven't we all? Should have, could have, would have sold at 30p+ but ..................?

I can only hope that the leaders of this fledgling company have now learnt from their previous mistakes. Better to make those mistakes now and learn from them than make them later with catastrophic consequences. In fact, Tim Hall (SCC) summed it all up at the last Brockham Planning Meeting. By keeping there mouth shut now (until they have something to speak about) it would seem that the penny has finally dropped and our BoD are acting responsibly and ......... literally taking his and the SCC advice.
