It doesn't say that they WILL complete the test before end of Q3/18.

I can only hope that Angus contact the FCA and give evidence to support the company's position.

From then on it could become a legal matter.

At no time did I hear TW say that he was SORRY for spouting such lies. Nor did he apologise to any investors who may have lost funding through his actions.

I hope that TW's son Joshua is very proud of the way that his father has acted. Additionally, that the FCA take action to prevent him and his cohorts from doing such things ever again.

Angus are putting a few bits of equipment in place ready for the Balcombe site prep commencement. Nothing more.

"Greedy Shareholders" as you refer to them will have to wait for the official RNS.

Stop scaremongering, wait for the company to make it's move and chill out.

Yep, and most probably, Mr Daniel Levi (Sinner, aka BMD) doesn't hold any!!!

Healthy buys and sells gone through this morning creating and stabilizing a new base for the SP.

I fully expect an RNS when the initial borehole preparation and flow initiation operations have been undertaken/completed. Possibly after the next Balcombe Flow Test Community Liaison Group Meeting which is now scheduled for 20 September 2018. Anything before that would be a bonus.

As I said yesterday, a Golden Cross is fast approaching. Another few days of positive SP movement would do wonders.

This site is close to our village. The nearest house, Kemps Farm, is only 350 metres away, and the rest of the village a mere 800 metres. The south-westerly prevailing winds bring any noise and pollution directly onto our village.

We oppose this development.

We have many concerns, including water safety, air pollution, damage to the environment and the health of our residents… but in the time allowed I would like to focus on just five areas:

Residents’ opposition to exploration of this type.
The impact of the flare, especially when local topography and wind are considered.
HGV traffic routed through the village and past our school.

And, if this application is accepted, contrary to local people’s wishes, we need:

a robust Noise Management Plan, particularly as in 2013 noise regularly exceeded permitted limits.
insurance or a bond to mitigate any liabilities.

Excuse me Sir, but other than in the DoD article and previously on this BB,, where does it say "completed by the end of September"?

Angus RNS dated 21 May 2018 stipulates:

"With this final approval, Angus Energy now assumes Operatorship of the Balcombe Field Discovery on behalf of its newly formed partnership. Angus Energy will conduct an approved 7 day well test on the horizontal well at Balcombe before the end of the Q3/18. The market will be updated in due course".

The key word here is "Conduct" and your interpretation of the word.
