Good afternoon Ja51.
I knew that it wouldn't take long before you reappeared with your negative slants on Angus Energy.
You haven't been emailing MVDC by any chance have you?
Under Freedom of Information request to MVDC:
http://www.molevalley.gov.uk/SelfServe/forms/FOI_ForW.jsp?ttype=FOI_ForW&docid=237672&dept=CUST&execute=C:\Program%20Files%20(x86)\Apache%20Software%20Foundation\Tomcat%207.0\webapps\SelfServe\&call=243237&task=243237
I've sent in a request for details of the "Private email" which Cllr James Friend spoke about last night.
May I suggest that you also do the same.
Lets find out what informative really means?
FWIW, I emailed Angus first thing this morning with a link to last nights meeting and with a request that they address all the issues raised before the SCC Meeting scheduled for 23 May 2018.
No excuses BoD's please.
"Worded by an informed member of the general public when it comes to some of these matters"
Go on then, name them. Lets all understand what an informed individual is!
One who sends private emails which are not in the public domain and which can sway a Planning Committee.
MVDCC hang your head in shame.
Sent by a Swampy or local resident.
IMHO, those Councillors that left the meeting were protecting their own interests and thus, caved in under the pressure.
And they say that they represent the "People" - Not!
In essence and with hindsight, the MVDCC have done Angus a favour.
Better to have all the noise out now than on the 23 May at the SCC Meeting.
It's up to you now BoD's.
No doubt the BoD at Angus would have been watching the meeting (and decision) and having a giggle.
!8 months. Not an issue.
Flare Stack - Will be industry standard. ,We'll have all the right info ready for SCC Planning Meeting.
Risk Assessment - I would imagine that it's already been covered with the EA or OGA. If not we have until the 23rd to address this one.
Nope,
We shouldn't get too excited about Balcombe or Brockham yet!
Don't forget we will be switching on the ESPs' at Lidsey soon.
Balcombe and Brockham can wait for now.
Try 3 min 30 sec into the pod cast.

Paul Vonk, Managing Director, said:
"The Board gave careful consideration to several options proposed by various firms including the Company's Broker.
Our institutional financing partner understood the value of Angus Energy's Balcombe acquisition and the cash contribution of our current production levels, demonstrate our ability to not only produce oil efficiently but create long term value for shareholders. This is demonstrable given the Investor's ability and incentive to participate in equity growth.
Unanimously supported by our Board, this transaction is not only recognition of our ability to generate cash and maintain a low cost of capital within a flexible capital structure, but it fulfilled our goal, to the extent possible, to limit dilution for our existing Shareholders.
