Fact is, there is no reason why these details can't be published on time. It's a straightforward BAU process.

What is concerning is that the delay isn't a "couple of weeks" but in many cases months - and for some of the early contracts, coming on for a year.

The government is required to publish the details of any contract award within 20 or 30 days of that contract award being made. It is not dependent on any conditional aspects of the contract itself being met.

It's part of the AIM mythology... As Tecbadger says, if the MMs wanted to send messages to each other, there are more discrete ways of doing so freely available.

Oh dear...

He has been issued 1.2m shares that will be admitted on/about 9 March - which is in the future.

He has sold 1.2m of his current holding for more (57.4p) than the option shares will cost him (17p) ... and will still end up with the same holding when the new shares are admitted.

That's not him lacking confidence in the company. That's a smart investor taking some growth without reducing his holding.

The unpublished contracts will be the really juicy ones... the ones that will show the full scale of the corruption that is endemic in this administration. I expect something of a war of attrition to try and avoid publishing them or to publish the level of detail required under the rules.

Because, in this context, there is a difference between 'unlawful' and 'illegal'.

That said, I'd also argue that many of Hattie Manc0ck5 recent action were illegal (e.g. the corruption) as well as unlawful (e.g. the failure to publish).

I was actually on a free ride, having recouped my original investment... but I had a gut feeling something was going to happen so topped up on Monday after the initial RNS bounce.

I'm going to let this one run. The SP will do an ODX and bounce around a bit over the next few days and weeks... but the signs for the medium to long term are all there IMO.

It appears that Wallbrooke2021 has been asked for that clarification a number of times but has declined to provide it. I'm taking the assertion with the proverbial large pinch of salt at this time...

Luckily I managed to get my initial tranche at a bargain price, which has meant that I've basically remained in profit despite averaging up to 48.6pps. But there have been a few days when the reduction in that paper profit have been painful!

I agree with you about the wider value of the ODX portfolio and the rewards for the patient investor.

NHS England published guidance last night which included an indication that the NHS would be providing LFTs to IS providers providing NHS services. As they'll follow the NHS testing routines, that another 170k plus LFTs per week that will need to come from somewhere...

There's a number of companies working on breath tests (including one a friend of ours works for). If they can be perfected, they'll be quick - but not as accurate as other tests, as you'll be primarily looking for indicative markers (e.g. inflammatory markers) rather than the virus itself.
