BP are expanding in Georgia and not just a transit pipeline which is now close down period on that project although they may be one or two add-ons.
5 Million sells go back a few months read the boards and see who were very active (and how they were positive then negative) and some one let slip a minor detail that triggered this hunt. Became very enlightening.

Well what a long read and you could not make up the stuff that was going on quite simply how could you explain it to the market as most of it is unbelievable. Any part of it in an RNS would have most SH derisking or moving on in double quick time and the company would have been finished mid last year.
GG playing funny buggers with oil sale, GG requesting speed up of field development or taking back most of the proven asset, Hope blocking financing to do this and wanting to have a fire sale of asset, Suspicion of YA forward selling shares, Shorters potentially getting insider info and it goes on and on.
Personally I think if they secure the loan and get rid of Outrider and firm up the BH MoU then the company is viable and be able to appoint a Nomad. BP will be the cherry on top of the cake and I expect a sell off of the gas with FRR/BH developing the oil here and Moldova. So all to play for.
And BP ARE really interested in Georgia and as long as FRR are viable GG have NO grounds to take the field back.

Good news is on the immediate horizon IMO (and a mate or two)

Hi C5 I have been both supportive and negative towards members of the BoD depending on circumstances but my belief in the assets FRR have under their feet has never waivered. Yes my position in BP has let me better understand the geology and had access to ex-colleagues who would interoperate regional view of everything from politics to topography. I would never ask for privileged information as that would damage my friendship as I know that these guys are straight as you could get and any hint of me trying to leverage that would have me blackballed forever.
As one of the founding members of FoF no information we received from SH was ever shared or used outside of the goals that were set and shared with members. I hope you have read the FSG mandate.
One of the issues in FoF was we accepted peoples word that they were SH’s and had many claiming vast numbers of shares (we never used their claims in our figure). Hence we only want to support true SH's.
FSG want to be supportive and credible to those that represent FRR and show them if they play straight with all SH’s (no more hiding a 2Mil shocker) we will fully support the company and defend against those that would seek to damage SH value.

Fact - De-listing and going private locks everyone in

Just been checking a few thing out and trying to put the pieces together.
We know that the only BP gas project is the pipeline that is in the Execute phase of the project (BP use the CVP method). Therefore, the JD of the role does not fit this activity unless they are rekindling the spur pumping station that was muted a couple of years ago to feed gas (in/out). So they must think that there is an opportunity to add gas to there pipeline (no major towns near to the pipeline for supply).
BP tend to use contractors as PM’s unless his is a long term activity.
Then FRR go private and I seem to recall that ZaZa was keen on share buy back.
So we have a scenario that BP buy into B12 and FRR use some of the money as a Share buy back to reduce numbers prior to a consolidation. This would really stuff the shorters.
How many would not sell some if not all of their shares at 2p. So how would the shorters buy any to close out!!!!

I can confirm that nay sunk cost in the prospecting and development of the field is recoverable prior to the GG receiving any of their 51%. Hence, this may be a bone of contention with them but it is possible to spread this over a number of years so the Georgian people can gain value more quickly. Remember that to fully develop the block will cost billion and yet again this is off-set against sales/payments. So whatever FRR has spent (and signed off by the GG auditors) can be seen as an asset in any negotiation with a major. Quite often to sugar the deal the Major oil company will ask for a high % share for a number of years instead and start paying GG from first production sale. So a win win from day one. GG will have to approve any deal but with BP track record in Georgia that will be a formality.

All SH’s are now locked in (and out) in this share – LTH, Traders, Shorts, Get rich quick and those that should never hold shares as they never learn that all shares are a gamble.
LTH – although unhappy with the situation we have found ourselves are happy to see how this pans out and generally well researched so know that there is a lot to play for
Traders – follow charts, spikes and dips and are happy to make a few % but are now locked in and you can see their unhappiness on the boards as they have lost a chunk/all of their cash.
Shorts are open and fees need paying and even depending on the deal they may have to pay up at loan share at the SP on the day loaned. Their only hope is that FRR go under or they fail to relist in 6/12months as they will get a positive settlement. In the mean time they can only be watching this and must be very nervous time. They hope we list with NO positive news so traders and SH will sell and crash the SP and save their collective bacon. Hence effort is put into trashing every thing and one to ensure people sell when and if relisted.
The get rich squad tend to pile in on opportunities and some overstretch and when it goes wrong or not to plan they become very disgruntled as the loss of money and dreams.
Those that should not invest are easy fodder to Ramps and de-ramps and find themselves out of pocket and disillusioned.
How this will pan out is in the hands of lawyers and the courts so nothing is certain.
However, this is a bloody fight over what some would say is an empty box
All I can say is the calibre of Lawyers employed are not cheap and BHG/BP do not get involved in hype only hard data.
So all to play for and only ONE side will win Shoters or the rest of the share holders. So read the BB posts and place the writer in one of the camps then you will better understand their posting reason.

BP spent 54Billion on compensation on GoM. this is in a country that had a 75Million corporate liability get out but to do the right thing they waived this.. So yes bp would walk. As an ex senior manager I know this as fact.

Hi Devex - you know my thoughts but will only be credible if we vet all applicants to FoF buy getting them to send in their broker details at point of joining. As you know we had several rouge members that joined FoF but we quietly got rid of them. FRR being a private company we can be more relaxed with posting private information between the members.
All will know that that the data we held was firewalled and posted were only on a one to one basis as group mailing can be hacked.

As an ex BP employee I can assure you that BP for one would not get into bed with any company that has any hint of corruption or crooked dealing. I was close to many directors in various groups and I have seen contractors marched off site at the slightest breaking of its strict CoC.
As BHG are a major supplier to BP they too would have to follow the BP code of conduct
