There will be no bypassing of the ministers interference. There will be however a very strict process that they will have to go to before getting anywhere near the EU courts. They will have to go through the local court process first which could take years then appeals then eventually to the EU courts. It’s a set process across Europe do some due diligence on court processes it’s all online for you to see. Even if they take a pay cut the barristers definitely won’t!! And then there’s the actual court costs on top. Don’t delude people it’s going to be expensive to sort this out! IMO
